Claims (5)
- 鋼管構造物の腐食補修方法であって、
非膨張状態のバルーンを前記鋼管構造物を構成する鋼管の上部の開口から挿入し、
前記バルーンを膨張させることにより前記鋼管内の補修箇所より下方を閉塞し、
充填材となる液体を注入するノズルの先端に挿入管を装着し、
前記挿入管を前記鋼管の上部の開口に挿入して該挿入管の下端を前記バルーン近傍に配置し、
前記挿入管から前記液体を注入して前記バルーンの上方に充填材を充填することを特徴とする鋼管構造物の腐食補修方法。 - 前記バルーンは、筒形状の弾性を有する素材からなり、
前記バルーンの上部には、該バルーンに気体を供給するチューブが接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼管構造物の腐食補修方法。 - 前記バルーンの上部には、該バルーンを吊り下げるロープが接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鋼管構造物の腐食補修方法。
- 前記バルーンの下部には、下方に向かって細くなる紡錘形状のウエイトが取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の鋼管構造物の腐食補修方法。
- 前記充填材は、モルタル、合成樹脂、発泡樹脂、反応性発泡樹脂から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の鋼管構造物の腐食補修方法。
