Description
本発明に使用するアニオン界面活性剤の具体例としては、(1)炭素数8〜20のアルキルエーテル硫酸エステル塩、例えば、ラウリルエーテル硫酸エステル塩、セチルエーテル硫酸エステル塩、ミリスチルエーテル硫酸エステル塩、オレイルエーテル硫酸エステル塩、(2)炭素数8〜20のアルキル基を有するポリオキシアルキレン(アルキレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数は1〜10が好ましく、アルキレンオキサイドはエチレンオキサイドを含むことが好ましい。)アルキルエーテル硫酸エステル塩、例えば、ポリオキシアルキレンラウリルエーテル硫酸エステル塩、ポリオキシアルキレンセチルエーテル硫酸エステル塩、ポリオキシアルキレンミリスチルエーテル硫酸エステル塩、ポリオキシアルキレンパルミチルエーテル硫酸エステル塩、ポリオキシアルキレンステアリルエーテル硫酸エステル塩、ポリオキシアルキレンオレイルエーテル硫酸エステル塩等が一例として挙げられ、これらの混合物も使用することができる。中でも、上記(2)が好ましい。具体的な商品名としては、エマール0、エマール40、エマール2F、エマール20C、エマール27C、エマール270J(いずれも花王(株)製)のような市販品を使用することもできる。特に好ましいアニオン界面活性剤として、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキル(特にラウリル)エーテル硫酸エステル塩が挙げられる。これらアニオン界面活性剤の塩は、ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩等のアルカリ金属塩が好ましい。
カチオン性ポリマーとしては、カチオン性窒素を含むカチオン性ポリマー、更に、分子中に4級塩構造を有するポリマー、なかでもカチオン性窒素が、第4級窒素であるカチオン性ポリマーが挙げられる。

分子量標準はプルランを使用
本発明の起泡剤組成物は、前記アニオン界面活性剤を3〜50重量%、更に5〜50重量%、特に10〜40重量%含有することが好ましい。また、前記カチオン性ポリマーを1〜30重量%、更に2〜30重量%、特に3〜20重量%含有することが好ましい。
本発明の起泡剤組成物は、水及び水硬性粉体を含む水硬性組成物、特に、軽量水硬性組成物の調製に好適に用いられる。軽量水硬性組成物とは、水、水硬性粉体を含む水硬性組成物であって、密度が0.5〜2g/cm3であるものをいう。セメントと水からなる軽量化セメントペースト、更に、砂、粘土質、スラグ、フライアッシュ等を含む軽量モルタル、更に、砂利を含む軽量コンクリート、石膏ボード等が挙げられる。なお、密度は、モルタルでは容積400cm3の、コンクリートでは容積7000cm3の容器に水硬性組成物をすり切りに充填し、重量を測定して、下記の式から求める。
密度=〔全体重量(g)−容器重量(g)〕/容器容積(cm3)
(1)材料
・セメント:普通ポルトランドセメント 600g
・砂 :豊浦標準砂 400g
・粘土質 :笠岡粘土(商品名:カネサン工業株式会社製) 100g
・水 :水道水 500g
・泡沫:界面活性剤(表1)とカチオン性ポリマーとを合計(組み合わせは表2の通り)で0.5重量%(固形分換算)含有する水溶液を、発泡機で20倍に発泡させた泡沫900cc
上記材料を、モルタルミキサーの低速条件で60秒間混合して気泡入りモルタルを調製する。
上記で得られた気泡入りモルタルを用いて以下の評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。
内径70mm×高さ80mmの円筒コーンにモルタルを充填して、引き上げた後の拡がり(mm)を測定した。
練り(モルタルミキサーでの混合)直後のモルタルを、容積400cm3ステンレス円筒容器に詰めて、重量を測り、次式から密度を求めた。
密度=〔全体重量(g)−容器重量(g)〕/400(cm3)
練り(モルタルミキサーでの混合)後30分のモルタルを、容積400cm3ステンレス円筒容器に詰めて、重量を測り、次式から密度を求めた。
密度=〔全体重量(g)−容器重量(g)〕/400(cm3)
モルタル密度の直後と30分後の差を求めた。
・カチオン性ポリマー(1):ポリ(ジアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロライド)、アルドリッチ社製、低分子量品(重量平均分子量5000〜20000(ラベル表示))、カチオン化密度6.13meq/g(40重量%水溶液として用いた)
・カチオン性ポリマー(2):ポリ(ジアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロライド)、アルドリッチ社製、重量平均分子量10万〜20万(ラベル表示)、カチオン化密度6.19meq/g(20重量%水溶液として用いた)
・カチオン性ポリマー(3):ポリ(ジアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロライド)、アルドリッチ社製、重量平均分子量40万〜50万(ラベル表示)、カチオン化密度6.15meq/g(20重量%水溶液として用いた)
・カチオン性ポリマー(4):ポリメタクリロイルオキシエチルジメチルエチルアンモニウムエチル硫酸塩、重量平均分子量12万、カチオン化密度3.63meq/g(36.5重量%水溶液として用いた)
・カチオン性ポリマー(5):ジアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロライド−SO2共重合体、重量平均分子量4000、商品名PAS−A−5(日東紡績株式会社)、カチオン化密度4.33meq/g
・カチオン性ポリマー(6):商品名アキュラック41(三井サイテック株式会社)、重量平均分子量4万、カチオン化密度7.10meq/g(50重量%水溶液として用いた)
・カチオン性ポリマー(7):商品名アキュラック35(三井サイテック株式会社)、重量平均分子量7万、カチオン化密度7.11meq/g(50重量%水溶液として用いた)
・カチオン性ポリマー(8):商品名アキュラック57(三井サイテック株式会社)、重量平均分子量25万、カチオン化密度7.27meq/g(50重量%水溶液として用いた)
・比較カチオン化合物:テトラメチルアンモニウムクロライド(試薬)、分子量109.6、カチオン化密度9.12meq/g(有効分100%)
・ポリマー(1):カルボキシメチルセルロース、商品名CMC1190(ダイセル化学工業株式会社)
・ポリマー(2):ポリビニルピロリドン、商品名K−60(ISP TECHNOLOGIES INC.)
カチオン化密度(meq/g)=1/400×f×(mL)/1000×1000×1/[(g)×(%)/100]

以下の材料を、モルタルミキサーの低速条件で60秒間混合して、気泡入りモルタルを調製した。この気泡入りモルタルを型枠(φ10cm、高さ20cm)に充填して、20℃、2日間、静置後に型枠から脱型した。脱型後、硬化体密度を測定し、その後、水中養生(20℃)を行い、7日後と28日後の強度を測定した。なお、強度は、JIS−A1161により測定した。結果を表3に示す。
・セメント:普通ポルトランドセメント 1200g
・砂 :千葉県君津産丘砂 800g
・粘土質 :笠岡粘土(商品名:カネサン工業株式会社製) 200g
・水 :水道水 1000g
・泡沫:界面活性剤とカチオン性ポリマーとを合計(組み合わせは表3の通り)で0.5重量%(固形分換算)含有する水溶液を、発泡機で20倍に発泡させた泡沫1800cc、界面活性剤とカチオン性ポリマーは実施例1等で用いたものと同じものである。
Claims (7)
- アニオン界面活性剤、及びカチオン性ポリマーを含有する水硬性組成物用起泡剤組成物。
- 前記水硬性組成物が軽量水硬性組成物である請求項1記載の水硬性組成物用起泡剤組成物。
- 前記カチオン性ポリマーが、カチオン性窒素を含む請求項1又は2記載の水硬性組成物用起泡剤組成物。
- 前記カチオン性ポリマーのカチオン性窒素が第四級窒素である請求項3記載の水硬性組成物用起泡剤組成物。
- 請求項1〜4いずれか記載の起泡剤組成物と水を用いて製造された泡沫と、水硬性物質と、水とを含有する気泡入り軽量水硬性組成物。
- 請求項1〜4いずれか記載の起泡剤組成物を含有する水溶液を発泡させて得た泡沫と水硬性物質と水とを混合する工程を有する、軽量水硬性組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項6記載の軽量水硬性組成物の製造方法を含む工程を有する、軽量硬化体の製造方法。
