Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による交流電動機の制御装置が適用されるモータ駆動制御システムの全体構成図である。図1を参照して、モータ駆動制御システム100は、直流電圧発生部10♯と、平滑コンデンサC0と、インバータ14と、交流電動機M1と、制御装置30とを備える。
この変形例1では、実施の形態1による位相変更処理を、1回の位相変更量を1/2にして2回繰返すことにより、オフセット電流のさらなる抑制が図られる。
上記の実施の形態1およびその変形例1では、位相の更新を開始するスイッチングエリアが、電圧ベクトルがV3(0,1,0)の状態にあるときに固定されている。この変形例2では、位相の更新を開始するスイッチングエリアを可変とし、リアルタイムに位相を更新可能とする。
この実施の形態2では、電気角の1周期における6回の位相操作タイミングのうち、最初の4回は任意に位相を変更させ、最後の2回において、磁束鎖交数ベクトルが位相更新開始時の始点に戻るように、すなわち磁束鎖交数ベクトル軌跡において最後の2回の位相変更により元の六角形に戻るように、電圧位相の更新が行なわれる。これにより、より自由度の高い位相変更を実現できる。
実施の形態1では、電気角の半周期で位相の更新が行なわれるところ、位相の変更量が大きすぎると適切なスイッチングを行なうことができない。
実施の形態3では、電気角で30°までしか位相を変更できない。そこで、この実施の形態4では、位相変更のタイミングを可変とすることによって、電気角で60°まで位相を変更できるようにする。
Claims (2)
- インバータによって駆動される交流電動機の制御装置であって、
前記交流電動機をトルク指令値に従って動作させるように位相制御される矩形波電圧を前記交流電動機に印加するように前記インバータの制御指令を生成する矩形波電圧制御部と、
前記交流電動機の磁束鎖交数の変化を示す磁束鎖交数ベクトル軌跡の中心を前記矩形波電圧の位相の変更前後において維持するように前記位相の変更を制御する位相変更制御部とを備える、交流電動機の制御装置。 - 前記位相変更制御部は、前記位相を変更するタイミングを変更可能に構成される、請求項1に記載の交流電動機の制御装置。
