下記表1に示す花粉付着抑制剤組成物をそれぞれ、10cm×10cmに裁断した黒ウールフラノ布に対し、均一に4回スプレーした。スプレー量は、0.2g/100cm2であった。これを23℃60%環境下で1時間乾燥させ、試験布を得た。次いで、試験布より2cm×2cmの試験布片を4枚切り出した。
花粉付着数の平均値が0〜149個:優
花粉付着数の平均値が150〜299個:良
花粉付着数の平均値が300〜449個:可
花粉付着数の平均値が450個以上:効果無し
・カチオン性界面活性剤:N−デシル−N,N−ジメチル−N−ベンジルアンモニウムクロリド
・化合物1:下記合成例により製造した高分子化合物
<合成例>
重量平均分子量20万、ヒドロキシエチル基の置換度が2.5のヒドロキシエチルセルロース(Natrosol 250G、ハーキュレス社製)200g、イソプロピルアルコール900g、イオン交換水160gを混合し、窒素雰囲気下室温で1時間攪拌した。この溶液に次式
・化合物2:ポリビニルピロリドン(重量平均分子量: 40,000)
・化合物3:ポリビニルピリジンN-オキシド(重量平均分子量:20,000)
・化合物4:ポリスチレンスルホン酸(重量平均分子量350,000)
・化合物5:ビニルアセテートビニルアルコールコポリマー(ケン化度86.5-89%、ゴーセノール GL-05、日本合成化学)
・化合物6:塩化ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム・アクリル酸共重合体(重量平均分子量1,700,000、マーコート280: オンデオナルコ社製)
実施例1で用いた化合物1を2質量%、エタノールを15質量%、N−デシル−N,N−ジメチル−N−ベンジルアンモニウムクロリドを0.4質量%、残部を水とする水性組成物を調製した(組成物2)。
Claims (2)
- 下記(a1)から選ばれる高分子化合物、並びに水を含有する、繊維製品用花粉付着抑制剤組成物を繊維製品に接触させ乾燥させることによる、繊維製品への花粉付着抑制方法。
(a1)多糖類、ヒドロキシアルキル化多糖類、カルボキシメチル化多糖類から選ばれる多糖類のヒドロキシ基又はカルボキシ基の水素原子の少なくとも一部を、下記一般式(1)で示される基で置換した水溶性高分子化合物

[式中:R1aはヒドロキシ基又はオキソ基で置換されていてもよい炭素数1〜6のアルキレン基であり、R1bは炭素数1〜6のアルキレン基であり、R1cはヒドロキシ基で置換されていてもよい炭素数4〜30のアルキル基又はヒドロキシ基で置換されていてもよい炭素数1〜5のスルホアルキル基である。Aは−O−、−OCO−、−COO−から選ばれる基であり、pは0〜50(平均付加モル数)であり、p個の(OR1b)は同一でも異なっていてもよい。] - 前記繊維製品用花粉付着抑制剤組成物が、前記(a1)から選ばれる高分子化合物を0.01〜1質量%含有する、請求項1記載の繊維製品への花粉付着抑制方法。
