Claims (4)
- ポンプから供給される流体を優先流回路に所定流量供給するとともに余剰流回路にも分流して供給するフローディバイダであって、
ポンプの下流側に接続されるポンプポートと、前記優先流回路に接続される優先流ポートと、前記余剰流回路に接続される余剰流ポートと、が形成されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングにおいて、前記ポンプポートに連通する供給流路と前記優先流ポートに連通する優先流路と前記余剰流ポートに連通する余剰流路とにそれぞれ連通するスプール孔と、
前記スプール孔内に移動自在に配置され、スプール軸方向に移動することで前記供給流路からの流体を前記優先流路と前記余剰流路とに分流するスプールと、
前記スプールと前記スプール孔とにより形成されて前記供給流路から前記余剰流路への流入量を規制する絞りと、
を備え、
前記供給流路は、前記余剰流路に対して第1供給路と第2供給路との2系統に分岐してそれぞれ流体を供給可能なように前記スプール孔に連通し、
前記絞りは、前記スプールの移動に伴って流入量を変更する可変絞りであって、前記第1供給路から前記余剰流路への流入量を規制する第1絞りと前記第2供給路から前記余剰流路への流入量を規制する第2絞りとを有し、
前記第2絞りは、前記第2絞りにおける縮流の影響が希薄な部分において、前記第1絞りで生じた前記スプールを移動させる力とは逆向きの力が生じるように、前記スプールの断面積の変化した部分に応じて少なくとも2段階に流入量を絞ることを特徴とするフローディバイダ。 - 前記第2絞りは、前記スプールが前記第2供給路側よりも前記余剰流路側が縮径することで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフローディバイダ。
- 前記第2絞りは、段状に形成された前記スプールによって少なくとも2段階に流入量を絞ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフローディバイダ。
- 前記第2絞りは、前記第2供給路側に配置される第1段部と、前記余剰流路側に配置されるとともに前記第1段部よりも縮径するよう形成されている第2段部と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフローディバイダ。
