Description
噴射式攪拌工法とは、ジェット(超高圧噴射)の力で地盤と固化材を効率的に混合する方法であり、この工法では、回転する軸の先端にあるノズルから半径方向外方に超高圧で固化材スラリーを噴射し、その力で地盤を切るように乱しながら、同時に固化材と混合する。ジェットの力は広い範囲に及ぶため、一度の施工で、大口径の固化地盤の柱(改良体)を地中に構築することができる。

Claims (1)
- 下端部に掘削攪拌翼を有した掘削ロッドを回転させながら地盤に貫入し、貫入時に、回転する前記掘削攪拌翼の外周端に上下に間隔をあけて複数設けた上下のノズルから回転半径方向の外方に向けて水、空気、または、水と空気を上下方向に傾斜させて交差噴射することにより、地盤にガイドホールを造成し、所定深度のガイドホールを造成したら、前記掘削ロッドを引き上げながら、回転する前記掘削攪拌翼の外周端に上下に間隔をあけて複数設けた上下のノズルから固化材を含む流体を回転半径方向の外方に向けて上下方向に傾斜させて交差噴射して、地中に固化材による改良体を構築することを特徴とする噴射混合処理工法。
