Abstract
【解決手段】カテーテルは、遠位側の管状部材4および近位側の管状部材5とが連結した環状構造を有する。管状部材4の内部において、管状部材4の外周側に操作用ワイヤが挿通されるチューブ41,42が設けられている。また、管状部材5の内部において、管状部材5の断面中心部分に操作用ワイヤが挿通される内筒5bが設けられている。中間部材100は、チューブ41,42と内筒5bとの間に設置されている。中間部材100に設けられている通路112により、チューブ41と内筒5bとが接続されている。また、中間部材100に設けられている通路114により、チューブ42と内筒5bとが接続されている。通路112および通路114は、ともに内筒5b側からチューブ41,42の側に向けて管状部材5の外周に近づくように傾いている。

Description
実施形態に係るカテーテルは、先端偏向操作が可能な電極カテーテルであり、たとえば心臓における不整脈の診断または治療に用いることができる。図1は、実施形態1に係るカテーテルの概略側面図であり、図2は、実施形態1に係るカテーテルの概略平面図である。図3は、図1のA−A線上の概略断面図である。図4は、図2のA’−A’線上の概略断面図である。なお、図3および図4では、後述する操作用ワイヤ50a,50bが省略されている。
Claims (3)
- 可撓性を有する管状部材と、
前記管状部材の近位側の内部において、前記管状部材の断面中心部分に前記管状部材の軸方向に沿って設けられた中空構造の抗圧縮性部材と、
前記管状部材の遠位側の内部において、前記管状部材の断面中心部分より外周に近い部分に前記管状部材の軸方向に沿って設けられたチューブ部と、
前記抗圧縮性部材と前記チューブ部との間に設けられ、前記抗圧縮性部材の内部に形成された通路と前記チューブ部の内部に形成された通路とを接続する通路が設けられた中間部材と、
前記抗圧縮性部材に設けられた通路、前記中間部材に設けられた通路、および前記チューブ部に設けられた通路に挿通された、遠位端の向きを操作するための操作用ワイヤと、
を備え、
前記中間部材に設けられた通路は、前記抗圧縮性部材の側から前記チューブ部の側に向けて、前記管状部材の外周に近づくように形成されていることを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 前記管状部材の遠位側の内部において、前記管状部材の断面中心部分を挟んで前記チューブ部とは反対側の領域、かつ前記管状部材の断面中心部分より外周に近い部分に前記管状部材の軸方向に沿って設けられた他のチューブ部と、
前記抗圧縮性部材の内部に形成された通路と前記他のチューブ部の内部に形成された通路とを接続するように前記中間部材に形成されている他の通路と、
前記抗圧縮性部材に設けられた通路、前記中間部材に設けられた他の通路、および前記他のチューブ部に設けられた通路に挿通された、遠位端の向きを操作するための他の操作用ワイヤと、
を備え、
前記中間部材に設けられた他の通路は、前記抗圧縮性部材の側から前記他のチューブ部の側に向けて、前記管状部材の外周に近づくように形成されている請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記チューブ部と前記他のチューブ部との間に前記管状部材の軸方向に延在する板バネが設けられている請求項1または2に記載のカテーテル。
