Claims (6)
- 固定子コアおよび巻線から成る固定子を備えたモータ本体と該固定子に対して取り付けられている回転子とを含む平坦なエレベータモータ内にあり、前記固定子は前記モータ本体に取り付けられている実質的に樋状の取付部の中に取り付けられ、該取付部と前記固定子との間のスペースは、熱を前記固定子から前記取付部に伝導する熱伝導性充填材料で充填された固定子固定装置において、
前記充填材料は成型可能な材料であり、前記固定子は該充填材料によって前記取付部に取り付けられ、
前記充填された充填材料は前記固定子と前記モータ本体の間に絶縁ギャップを形成していることを特徴とする固定子固定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の固定装置において、前記充填材料は樹脂であることを特徴とする固定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の固定装置において、前記モータ本体は円盤状であり、前記樋状の取付部は取付要素を用いて前記モータ本体の外側の縁に固定され、前記回転子に対して、前記固定子は前記モータ本体の反対側に取り付けられていることを特徴とする固定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の固定装置において、前記取付部はアルミニウム製であることを特徴とする固定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の固定装置において、前記取付部には冷却フィンが設置されていることを特徴とする固定装置。
- 請求項1に記載の固定装置において、前記エレベータモータは円盤状であることを特徴とする固定装置。
