Claims (1)
- 電池に交流電流を供給する交流電流供給部と、
コンデンサと抵抗とで構成されると共に前記交流電流の供給時において前記電池の両極間に発生する第1の信号を入力して第2の信号を出力する交流結合部と、
直流成分に対する増幅率よりも交流成分に対する増幅率が大きく設定されると共に前記出力された第2の信号を増幅して第3の信号として出力する交流成分増幅部と、
前記交流成分増幅部の出力が飽和しない所定電圧範囲内となるように前記第2の信号の振幅を制限する振幅制限部と、
前記第3の信号と前記交流電流とに基づいて前記電池の内部インピーダンスを算出する演算部とを備え、
前記振幅制限部は、前記第2の信号の振幅が前記所定電圧範囲を超えたときに当該振幅に対する制限を当該所定電圧範囲よりも狭い電圧範囲に狭めるヒステリシス特性を備えているインピーダンス測定装置。
