Claims (12)
- イオン発生手段(19)で生成されたイオンと、冷却手段(21)で冷却された冷気とを混合した状態で送風路(4)内を空気流と共に送風するイオン供給装置において、
冷却手段(21)よりも空気流の流れる方向の風上側に、空気流が冷却手段(21)に直接吹き当たることを規制する遮風手段(22)を配置し、
イオン発生手段(19)が、冷却手段(21)よりも空気流の流れる方向の風上側に配置されていることを特徴とするイオン供給装置。 - イオン発生手段(19)と冷却手段(21)と遮風手段(22)とが、送風路(4)の通路断面の中央部において空気流の流れる方向に直線状に並んでいる請求項1に記載のイオン供給装置。
- 冷却手段(21)が、ペルチェ素子によって構成されており、
ペルチェ素子(21)の放熱側に放熱体(23)が接している請求項1または2に記載のイオン供給装置。 - イオン発生手段(19)は、放電電極(20)を含んでいて、放電電極(20)の先端部(20a)での放電によってイオンを生成しており、
放電電極(20)の先端部(20a)が、冷却手段(21)に臨んでいる請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載のイオン供給装置。 - 遮風手段(22)が、空気流の流れる方向に対して交差状に設けた遮風板部(27)を含んでいる請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載のイオン供給装置。
- 遮風板部(27)に放電電極(20)を取り付けた請求項5に記載のイオン供給装置。
- 遮風板部(27)に、負圧防止用の通気孔(29)を貫通状に設けてある請求項5または6に記載のイオン供給装置。
- 放電電極(20)に電圧を印加するためのイオン発生ユニット(31)を送風路(4)内に配置してあり、
イオン発生ユニット(31)が、冷却手段(21)よりも空気流の流れる方向の風上側に配置されることで、遮風手段(22)を兼ねている請求項4に記載のイオン供給装置。 - 冷却手段(21)が、ペルチェ素子によって構成されており、
ペルチェ素子(21)の放熱側に放熱体(23)が接しており、
イオン発生手段(19)は、放電電極(20)を含んでいて、放電電極(20)の先端部(20a)での放電によってイオンを生成しており、
放熱体(23)が、放電電極(20)に対する対向電極を兼ねている請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載のイオン供給装置。 - 空気流を温める加熱手段(11)を送風路(4)内に配置してあり、
冷却手段(21)が、加熱手段(11)の作動状況に連動している請求項1乃至9の何れかに記載のイオン供給装置。 - 加熱手段(11)の温度を検出する温度検出手段(42)を有しており、
温度検出手段(42)によって、加熱手段(11)が所定温度以下であることが検出されたときには冷却手段(21)と加熱手段(11)とが作動し、加熱手段(11)が所定温度を超えたことが検出されたときには冷却手段(21)と加熱手段(11)との作動が停止するようにした請求項10に記載のイオン供給装置。 - 送風路(4)の通路断面の中心部には、空気流の流れる方向に延びる扁平形状の絶縁体(10)が配置されており、
絶縁体(10)の一方の面に、イオン発生手段(19)とペルチェ素子(21)の吸熱側と遮風手段(22)とを配置し、
絶縁体(10)の他方の面に放熱体(23)を配置した請求項3乃至11の何れかに記載のイオン供給装置。
