Description
Claims (11)
- 軌道(3)の2本のレール(2)を共に溶接するための溶接ユニット(1)であって、圧縮シリンダ(7)を用いてレールの長手方向(6)に移動可能な、制御装置(5)及び2つの半ユニット(4)から成り、その各々が、レール(2)への適用のために設けられたクランプ顎部(8)と、2つの半ユニット(4)の間に配置されており、溶接のバリ(11)を溶接継手(12)から削ぎ落とすためのせん断ナイフ(9)と、を備えている、溶接ユニットにおいて、
温度センサー(14)を有する空気ノズル(13)が、せん断ナイフ(9)に取り付けられており、制御装置(5)が、圧縮空気を空気ノズル(13)に供給するために設けられていることを特徴とする、溶接ユニット。 - 制御装置(5)が、温度センサー(14)により検知可能な溶接継手(12)の温度に依存して自動的に空気の供給を開始するための、開始温度を、入力するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶接ユニット。
- 制御装置(5)が、温度センサー(14)により検知可能な溶接継手(12)の温度に依存して自動的に空気の供給を停止するための、停止温度を、入力するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の溶接ユニット。
- 空気ノズル(13)への圧縮空気の供給を、温度センサー(14)により検知可能な溶接継手(12)の温度に依存して制御装置(5)によって制御できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶接ユニット。
- 空気ノズル(13)が、溶接継手(12)のレール頭部(20)の真上に位置することができる冷却用開口(18)と、圧縮空気ライン(22)に接続された圧縮空気用開口(16)と、周囲の空気を吸い込むための吸気ポート(17)と、を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の溶接ユニット。
- 空気ノズル(13)と組み合わされるのが、レールの対称面(15)から等しい距離にあって、レールの長手方向(6)に対して直角に延びている横方向に、それぞれ配置された、2つの圧縮空気用開口(16)及び2つの吸気ポート(17)であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の溶接ユニット。
- 圧縮空気用開口(16)が、吸気ポート(17)の下部に配置され、吸気ポート(17)の横断面は、圧縮空気用開口(16)の横断面より少なくとも3倍大きいことを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の溶接ユニット。
- 温度センサー(14)が、溶接継手(12)のレール頭部(20)上に位置する測定点(21)の、非接触温度測定用に構成された、赤外高温計として、設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶接ユニット。
- 軌道のレールを共に溶接する方法であって、2本のレール(2)が、調整された電流供給の間に加熱され、続いて、互いに高い圧力で押し付けられて、溶接継手(12)及び溶接のバリ(11)を形成する方法において、
a)溶接継手(12)から溶接のバリ(11)を除去した後、直ちに、冷却用開口(18)を有する空気ノズル(13)を、赤熱している溶接継手(12)の上方に位置させ、
b)溶接継手(12)の温度を測定し、
c)溶接継手(12)が限界の開始温度に達した時に、圧縮空気、及び、その流入によって空気ノズル(13)内へ吸い込まれた周囲の空気を、自動的に空気ノズル(13)に供給し、
d)溶接継手(12)が限界の冷却温度に達した時に、圧縮空気の供給を自動的に停止し、
e)溶接ユニット(1)を、溶接されたレール(2)から引き上げる、
という特徴を有していることを特徴とする方法。 - 開始温度と冷却温度、圧縮空気を供給する継続時間、及び温度曲線という、パラメータを、冷却段階の間に、登録し、記録することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 空気ノズル(13)を通じて冷却用開口(18)に供給される圧縮空気の量を、溶接継手(12)が一様の割合(℃/秒)で冷却されるような方法で、制御することを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
