Claims (9)
- 構造的な照射パターンの照射光線(24)を送り出す送信ユニット(12)と、
構造的な照射パターンで照らされた物体(26)が写される画像検出器(28)を含む受信ユニット(14)と、
前記送信ユニット(12)及び前記受信ユニット(14)が中に収められ、かつ前記送信ユニット(12)及び前記受信ユニット(14)のための前面ガラス板(16)が取り付けられたケース(10)と、
を備えた、物体を光電子工学的に監視するための装置であって、
前記送信ユニット(12)、前記受信ユニット(14)、及び前記前面ガラス板(16)が、前記前面ガラス板で直接反射した照射光線(24)が前記受信ユニット(14)の前記画像検出器(28)に到達しないように、かつ、前記前面ガラス板(16)で拡散して散乱した前記送信ユニット(12)の光線が物体(26)の画像とは別に前記受信ユニット(14)で検出されるように、前記ケース(10)に配置されること、
上記照射光線(24)が、走査面で扇状に広がる個別光線であること、及び
上記受信ユニット(14)が、走査面に対し傾いている視角内で上記物体(26)を監視すること、
を特徴とする物体の光電子工学的監視装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、上記送信ユニット(12)が、光源(18)と、光線束(20)と、照射光線(24)を作り出すための回折光学要素(22)とを有することを特徴とするもの。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の装置において、上記画像検出器(28)が、光電子工学要素のマトリックス配置を示すことを特徴とするもの。
- 請求項3に記載の装置において、上記前面ガラス板(16)で拡散して散乱する照射光線(24)が、上記画像検出器(28)において、物体(26)の画像とは別に結像することを特徴とするもの。
- 請求項4に記載の装置において、上記前面ガラス板(16)に拡散して散乱する領域(46)が作られ、かつ、その画像(48)が上記画像検出器(28)において機能監視のために使われることを特徴とするもの。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置において、上記受信ユニットが、上記画像検出器(28)とは別の追加の受信要素(52)を有することを特徴とするもの。
- 請求項6に記載の装置において、上記受信要素が、上記前面ガラス板(16)で拡散して散乱した上記送信ユニット(12)の光線を受信することを特徴とするもの。
- 請求項6に記載の装置において、上記受信要素(52)が、上記前面ガラス板(16)で直接反射された上記送信ユニット(12)の光線を受信することを特徴とするもの。
- 請求項3に記載の装置において、機能制御のために、上記画像検出器(28)を完全に照らすブラインド光源(50)が設けられることを特徴とするもの。
