Claims (3)
- 穿孔機に用いられるプラグであって、
前記プラグの先端から後端に向かって順に先端部と、テーパ部と、胴部とを備え、
前記先端部の表面は前記プラグの軸方向に凸の球面であり、その曲率半径はR1であり、前記先端部の長さは前記R1より短いL1であり、
前記テーパ部の表面は前記先端部の表面とつながり、前記テーパ部の先端側の外径はD1であり、前記テーパ部の後端側の外径はD1よりも大きいD2であり、前記テーパ部の長さはL2であり、
前記胴部の表面は前記テーパ部の表面とつながり、前記胴部の外径は前記プラグの先端から後端に向かって徐々に大きくなり、
式(1)を満たし、かつ、0<L1/R1<0.5のとき式(2)を満たし、0.5≦L1/R1<1のとき式(3)を満たすことを特徴とするプラグ。

1.0<D2/D1≦1.4 (2)
1.0<D2/D1<1.8−0.8L1/R1 (3) - 請求項1に記載のプラグであって、
前記先端部のうち前記テーパ部と隣接する部分はコーナ半径を有することを特徴とするプラグ。 - 穿孔機に用いられるプラグであって、
前記プラグの先端から後端に向かって順にテーパ部と、胴部とを備え、
前記テーパ部の先端側は前記プラグの横断面に並行な平面であり、前記テーパ部の先端側の外径はD1であり、前記テーパ部の後端側の外径はD1よりも大きいD2であり、前記テーパ部の長さはL2であり、
前記胴部の表面は前記テーパ部の表面とつながり、前記胴部の外径は前記プラグの先端から後端に向かって徐々に大きくなり、
式(2)及び式(4)を満たすことを特徴とするプラグ。
