Claims (5)
- 長手方向に沿って転動体転走面が形成された軌道部材であって、
前記軌道部材の長手方向の少なくとも一端部の前記転動体転走面は、前記長手方向に沿った断面形状において、所定位置と長手方向に直交する端面上の端点とを結んだ仮想直線よりも膨出した膨出部を有し、
前記膨出部は、前記所定位置から前記膨出部の頂点に向かう第一面と、前記頂点から前記端点に向かう第二面とによって形成され、
前記第一面は、前記所定位置と前記頂点とを結んだ仮想直線よりも膨出した第2の膨出部が形成されることを特徴とする軌道部材。 - 前記第一面は、少なくとも前記転動体転走面に形成され、前記第二面は、前記端面の全周に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軌道部材。
- 長手方向に沿って転動体転走面が形成された軌道部材と、前記転動体転走面を転動する複数の転動体を介して前記軌道部材に沿って移動自在に組み付けられた移動部材とを備え、前記移動部材には、前記移動部材に封入された潤滑剤を所定の変形代をもって封止する弾性部材を備えた運動案内装置であって、
前記軌道部材の長手方向の少なくとも一端部の前記転動体転走面は、前記長手方向に沿った断面形状において、所定位置と長手方向に直交する端面上の端点とを結んだ仮想直線よりも膨出した膨出部を有し、
前記膨出部は、前記所定位置から前記膨出部の頂点に向かう第一面と、前記頂点から前記端点に向かう第二面とによって形成され、
前記第一面は、前記所定位置と前記頂点とを結んだ仮想直線よりも膨出した第2の膨出部が形成される軌道部材を備えたことを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 前記所定位置と前記端点の前記長手方向と直交する向きの距離は、前記変形代よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の運動案内装置。
- 前記所定位置と前記端点との前記長手方向に沿った距離は、前記転動体の直径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の運動案内装置。
