Claims (4)
- 加熱室内にマイクロ波を供給するマグネトロンと、このマグネトロンの温度を検知するマグネトロン温度検知手段と、食品の温度を検知する食品温度検知手段と、前記マグネトロンの寿命を判断する寿命判断手段と、この寿命判断手段により判断された寿命を報知する報知手段とを有し、
前記寿命判断手段は、「牛乳のあたため」、「酒かん」または、その他の特定のメニューの動作時にだけ、前記食品温度検知手段の検知による食品温度上昇値が所定値に達した時点におけるマグネトロンの温度上昇値を前記マグネトロン温度検知手段の検知により計測し、マグネトロンの温度上昇値が設定値を超えた場合に前記マグネトロンの寿命であると判断し、前記報知手段により、ユーザーにこれを報知することを特徴とする加熱調理器。 - 加熱室内にマイクロ波を供給するマグネトロンと、このマグネトロンの温度を検知するマグネトロン温度検知手段と、食品の温度を検知するとともに加熱調理室底面における食品量を検知する赤外線温度センサーと、前記マグネトロンの寿命を判断する寿命判断手段と、この寿命判断手段により判断された寿命を報知する報知手段とを有し、
前記寿命判断手段は、赤外線温度センサーにより検出される食品量が底面積全体の所定の範囲である場合の作動時にのみ、前記食品温度検知手段の検知による食品温度上昇値が所定値に達した時点におけるマグネトロンの温度上昇値を前記マグネトロン温度検知手段の検知により計測し、マグネトロンの温度上昇値が設定値を超えた場合に前記マグネトロンの寿命であると判断し、前記報知手段により、ユーザーにこれを報知することを特徴とする加熱調理器。 - マグネトロンの累積駆動時間を測定する駆動時間測定手段を有し、寿命判断手段は、所定の累積駆動時間が経過するまでは、寿命の判断をしないことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の加熱調理器。
- 寿命判断手段は、マグネトロン温度検知手段が検知した複数の温度データに基づいて、その最大値と最小値を除いた複数の温度データの平均値を演算し、この平均値が所定温度以上になった場合に、マグネトロンが寿命であると判断することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の加熱調理器。
