Claims (10)
- 部品(14)表面に堆積した遮熱コーティング(16)の局所的に剥離したコーティングを補修する方法であって、
バインダ材料中にセラミック材料を含むセラミックペーストであって、該セラミック材料が中実ジルコニア粒子を含み、かつ該バインダ材料がシリコーン化合物を含むセラミックペーストを局所的剥離によって露出した部品(14)の表面領域に堆積させる段階、及び
シリコーン化合物が中実ジルコニア粒子の結合を促進するようにバインダ材料を300〜700℃に加熱して、部品(14)の表面領域を覆う補修皮膜(40)を得る段階、
を含む方法。 - 前記中実ジルコニア粒子が、平均直径5ミクロン未満のイットリア安定化ジルコニア微粒子を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記中実ジルコニア粒子が、平均直径20〜100ミクロンのイットリア安定化ジルコニア粗粒子を含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記中実ジルコニア粒子が実質的に角張ったジルコニア粒子を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記バインダ材料が有機バインダ材料を含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記バインダ材料を加熱する段階が、比較的蒸気圧の高い有機溶剤を除去すべく室温乃至100℃未満でバインダ材料を乾燥させる段階を含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記バインダ材料を加熱する段階が、バインダ材料を900〜1300℃に加熱する段階をさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記局所的剥離によって露出した部品の表面領域に前記セラミックペーストを堆積させる前に、バインダ材料中にセラミック材料を含むプライマ材料であって、セラミック材料が中実ジルコニア粒子を含み、バインダ材料がシリコーン化合物を含むプライマ材料を前記表面領域に堆積させる段階をさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記中実ジルコニア粒子の結合を促進することが、中実ジルコニア粒子間にシリカ層を生じさせ、シリカ界面の形成を促進することを含む、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記中実ジルコニア粒子の結合を促進することが、ジルコン界面の形成を促進して、中実ジルコニア粒子をシリコーン化合物と化学的に結合させて焼結剤を生成させることを含む、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
