Claims (2)
- 空気から酸素を分離する酸素製造設備と、石炭を乾燥粉砕する石炭供給設備と、前記石炭供給設備より供給された石炭が流れる燃料流路及び支燃ガスが流れる支燃ガス流路を備えたバーナと、前記バーナを備えたボイラと、前記ボイラの燃焼排ガスを外部に導く煙道と、該煙道の途中に設置された排ガス処理設備と、該排ガス処理設備の下流に設置され、前記排ガスから二酸化炭素を分離する二酸化炭素分離設備と、前記煙道の中途に排ガス取入口を有し前記排ガスの一部を抜き出す2つの排ガス再循環系統と、前記排ガス再循環系統を流れる排ガスに前記酸素製造設備で製造された酸素を供給する酸素供給系統とを有し、
前記排ガス処理設備が少なくとも脱硝装置,熱交換設備,SO 3 除去装置,水分除去装置を有し、
第1の排ガス再循環系統の排ガス取入口が前記SO 3 除去装置及び前記水分除去装置の下流側、かつ、前記二酸化炭素分離設備の上流側に設置されるとともに、前記排ガス取入口から取り入れられた排ガスを前記石炭供給設備に戻すとともに、
第2の排ガス再循環系統の排ガス取入口が前記脱硝装置の下流側、かつ、前記熱交換設備の上流側に設けられ、前記排ガス取入口から取り入れられた排ガスを前記バーナの下流側に設けられたアフターガスポートに供給することを特徴とする酸素燃焼ボイラシステム。 - 空気から酸素を分離する酸素製造設備と、石炭を乾燥粉砕する石炭供給設備と、前記石炭供給設備より供給された石炭が流れる燃料流路及び支燃ガスが流れる支燃ガス流路を備えたバーナと、前記バーナを備えたボイラと、前記ボイラの燃焼排ガスを外部に導く煙道と、該煙道の途中に設置された排ガス処理設備と、該排ガス処理設備の下流に設置され、前記排ガスから二酸化炭素を分離する二酸化炭素分離設備と、前記煙道の中途に排ガス取入口を有し前記排ガスの一部を抜き出す2つの排ガス再循環系統と、前記排ガス再循環系統を流れる排ガスに前記酸素製造設備で製造された酸素を供給する酸素供給系統とを有し、
前記排ガス処理設備が少なくとも乾式脱塵装置,熱交換設備,SO 3 除去装置,水分除去装置を有し、
第1の排ガス再循環系統の排ガス取入口が前記SO 3 除去装置及び前記水分除去装置の下流側、かつ、前記二酸化炭素分離設備の上流側に設置されるとともに、前記排ガス取入口から取り入れられた排ガスを前記石炭供給設備に戻すとともに、
第2の排ガス再循環系統の排ガス取入口が前記乾式脱塵装置の下流側、かつ、前記熱交換設備の上流側に設けられ、前記排ガス取入口から取り入れられた排ガスを前記バーナの支燃ガス流路、及び前記バーナの下流側に配置されたアフターガスポートに供給することを特徴とする酸素燃焼ボイラシステム。
