Claims (12)
- ロールネックスリーブ(4)、軸受スリーブ(5)およびチョック(6)を、圧延ロール(1)の圧延ロールネック(2)のテーパ状に形成された領域から引き出すための装置であって、その際、
この圧延ロール(1)の圧延ロールネック延長部(3)の上に、押圧肩部リング(8)が設けられており、この押圧肩部リングが、このロールネックスリーブ(4)の端面に支持されている様式の上記装置において、
圧延ロールネック(2)の端面(7)と、この端面に面した、押圧肩部リング(8)の側面との間に、間隙(11)が設けられており、
この間隙(11)内において、少なくとも1つの圧力媒体が、ロールネックスリーブ(4)およびチョック(6)の引き出しのために設けられていること、および、
この押圧肩部リング(8)がロールネックスリーブ(4)と連結されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 圧力媒体が、液体状、及び/またはガス状の圧力媒体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 押圧肩部リング(8)が、少なくとも1つの封隙装置(14)有して形成されており、且つ、この押圧肩部リング(8)が、この封隙装置でもって、このロールネックスリーブ(3)の上で、軸線方向に位置移動可能に、封隙された状態で支承されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 押圧肩部リング(8)と、ロールネックスリーブ(4)の端面との間に、少なくとも1つの封隙要素(15)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の装置。
- 圧延ロールネック延長部(3)内において、少なくとも1つの穿孔(12)が設けられており、この穿孔を介して、圧延ロールネック(2)の端面(7)と、押圧肩部リング(8)との間の間隙(11)に、圧力媒体を供給可能であるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 圧延ロールネック延長部(3)の自由な端部における穿孔(12)は、圧力媒体導管のための、クイック継ぎ手(13)の様式の接続部材を有していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 圧力媒体として、ラジアル軸受の潤滑の役目を果たす軸受油が使用されることを特徴とする請求項2から6のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 圧力媒体は、機械的な圧力手段であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 機械的な圧力手段は、少なくとも1つの、ロールネックスリーブ(4)、軸受スリーブ(5)、およびチョック(6)の引き出しの際の、予緊張されたばね(17)であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- ばねは、リング形状のばねであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- ばね積層体としてのリング形状のばねは、圧延ロールネック(2)の端面(7′)内の、及び/または押圧肩部リング(8)内のリング状溝部内において、位置ずれ防止されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- ばね(17)が少なくとも2つのコイルばねであり、これらコイルばねは、圧延ロールネック(2)の端面(7′)の上の均等に分配された窪み部(16)内において、及び/または押圧肩部リング(8)の均等に分配された窪み部内において、位置ずれ防止されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
