Abstract

 ブレーキ装置において、組立性を向上させると共に大型化を抑える。本発明に係るブレーキ装置では、固定側ブレーキ部材(4)は、シャフト(2)の軸方向に沿って回転側ブレーキ部材(3)に近接する方向である第1方向側に移動することによって回転側ブレーキ部材(3)に接触して制動力を生じさせ、第1方向と反対の第2方向に移動することによって回転側ブレーキ部材(3)から離反して制動を解除する。第1ハウジング(51)は、第1収納部(53)を有し、第1収納部(53)より第2方向側の部分の内径が第1収納部(53)の内径以上である。スペーサーは、固定側ブレーキ部材(4)の第2方向側に配置され、第1ハウジング(51)と別体の部材である。ピストン(7)は、小径部(71)と大径部(72)とを有し、スペーサーの第2方向側の端面と大径部(72)との間に圧油が供給される油圧室が構成される。付勢部材(8)は、ピストン(7)を第1方向側に付勢する。
