Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将轴颈轴套、轴承套和装配件从辊子的辊子轴颈的构造成圆锥形的区域中拆卸出来的装置,其中在辊子的辊子轴颈端上布置了压力锁环,该压力锁环支撑在轴颈轴套的端面上。
背景技术
由DE 10335527A1公开了用于将由装配件与布置在装配件内的辊子轴颈轴承组成的支承单元从轧机机座的支撑辊的辊子轴颈上拆卸下来的装置。这里拆卸装置与支承单元连接。通过在辊子轴颈和支承单元之间施加压力,将支承单元轴向于辊子拆卸下来。在拆卸过程中,支承单元支撑在轴承套的轴环上,该轴承套由支承单元一起带动。根据另外的方法,轴承套作用在轴颈轴套的轴环上并且将轴颈轴套从辊子轴颈上拆卸下来。
在该拆卸过程中增加了多个空行程,从而为了能将轴颈轴套从辊子轴颈上拆卸下来,拆卸单元必须经过很长的路程。由此拆卸单元构造得很长,从而必须为拆卸单元留出相应的空间,由此最终需要更大的空间用来拆卸轴颈轴套连同轴承装配件。此外,由于拆卸单元的相对较小的活塞表面,为了能操作拆卸单元必须施加大的压力。
发明内容
本发明的任务是说明一种拆卸装置,该拆卸装置构造得很短并且在该拆卸装置中用小的压力就已经可以实现拆卸运动了。
为了解决该任务,提出在压力锁环和辊子轴颈的端侧之间设置缝隙,压力锁环与轴颈轴套耦合并且在缝隙中设置用于拆卸轴颈轴套和装配件的压力介质。
由于压力锁环直接与轴颈轴套连接,不必在拆卸力作用到轴颈轴套之前克服路程和空行程。此外,辊子轴颈的端侧以其大的表面面对同样大表面的压力锁环。通过大的表面,压力介质的小压力就已经够将轴颈轴套从辊子轴颈上拆卸下来了。
有利的是,压力介质是流体的和/或气体的压力介质。
已经证明了,压力锁环相对于辊子轴颈端通过至少一个密封装置进行密封。以此保证,没有太多的压力介质流失并且可以可靠地建立所需要的压力。
如果在压力锁环和轴承套的端面之间同样设置至少一个密封元件,那么高压腔就更密封了。用于施加压力的泵由此需要提供更少的功率。
有利的是,在辊子轴颈端中设置至少一个孔,通过该孔可以给在辊子轴颈的端侧和压力锁环之间的缝隙提供压力介质。由此给出了一种从外面到达位于辊子轴颈的端面和压力锁环之间的缝隙的简单的方案。
值得模仿的是,在辊子轴颈端的自由端上的孔具有接头,优选具有用于连接压力管的快速-连接器。由此可以以简单的方式建立从压力介质容器到辊子端侧和压力锁环之间的高压腔的连接。
由于用于润滑径向轴承的轴承油用作压力介质,获得了特别优选的方案。由此保证混合作为压力介质的油和从油摩擦轴承出来的油是没有问题的。
作为替代方案或者附加方案,压力介质可以是机械的压力介质。
在此有利的是涉及至少一个在套装轴颈轴套时预紧的弹簧。一旦为了拆卸过程将压力锁环沿轴向释放了,那么预紧的弹簧就可以沿轴向移动压力锁环。由于压力锁环直接作用在轴颈轴套上,那么将轴颈轴套从辊子轴颈上拆卸下来不必使弹簧经过长的释放路程。
以优选的方式,弹簧可以是环形弹簧或者螺旋弹簧。而弹簧应该布置在辊子轴颈的端侧内的以及/或者在对置于辊子轴颈端侧的压力锁环端侧内的槽或者说凹槽中,以此不会出现所不希望的弹簧移动。

具体实施方式
图1示出了辊子1,该辊子1具有辊子轴颈2。在辊子轴颈2上布置了辊子轴颈端3。轴颈轴套4套装到辊子轴颈2上,该轴颈轴套4由轴承套5包围。轴承套5由装配件6保持。压力锁环8与辊子轴颈2的端侧7对置地布置,该压力锁环8可轴向移动地通过密封装置14密封地支承在辊子轴颈端4上。压力锁环8与轴颈轴套4连接。在压力锁环8和轴颈轴套4之间还设置了密封元件15。压力锁环8具有滑键9,该滑键9阻止了辊子轴颈2和压力锁环8之间的相对转动。此外,示出了轴向轴承10,该轴向轴承10支撑在辊子轴颈端3上并且与装配件6连接。
在辊子轴颈2的端侧与压力锁环8的面对该端侧的一侧之间设置了缝隙11。辊子轴颈端3中的孔12建立了外界到缝隙11的连接。在辊子轴颈端3的自由端上,孔12具有用于将孔12连接到没有示出的压力介质管上的连接器13。
如果通过孔12将压力介质带入缝隙11中,那么压力锁环8就在图中向右移动,其中与压力锁环8连接的轴颈轴套4从辊子轴颈2上拆卸下来。
此外,压力锁环8通过轴向轴承10将装配件6连同其轴承套5在图中向右移动。以此避免了空行程,从而一个很短的冲程就足够将轴颈轴套4和具有轴承套5的装配件6从辊子轴颈2上松开。以此,整个拆卸装置构造得很短。
通过由压力介质加载的大的表面,小的压力就足够将轴颈轴套4从辊子轴颈2上松开。此外,通过压力锁环直接地作用在轴颈轴套4上和近似直接地作用在装配件6上,不仅节省了轴颈轴套4上的、而且还节省了轴承套5上的成本昂贵地制造的同步轴肩。
图2同样示出了辊子1,该辊子具有辊子轴颈2。在辊子轴颈2上布置了辊子轴颈端3。轴颈轴套4套装到辊子轴颈2上,该轴颈轴套4由轴承套5包围。轴承套5由装配件6保持。在辊子轴颈2的端侧7’中设置了凹槽16,在该凹槽16内布置了预张紧的弹簧17,该弹簧支撑在压力锁环8上。如果螺母18从辊子轴颈端3松开,那么弹簧17就可以在图2中轴向向右移动压力锁环8。在此,轴颈轴套4从辊子轴颈2上拆卸下来。
此外,压力锁环8通过轴向轴承10将装配件6连同其轴承套5在图中向右移动。以此避免了空行程,从而一个很短的冲程就足够将轴颈轴套4和具有轴承套5的装配件6从辊子轴颈2上松开。以此,整个拆卸装置构造得很短。

Claims (12)
1.用于将轴颈轴套(4)、轴承套(5)和装配件(6)从辊子(1)的辊子轴颈(2)的构造成圆锥形的区域中拆卸下来的装置,其中在辊子(1)的辊子轴颈端(3)上布置了压力锁环(8),该压力锁环支撑在轴颈轴套(4)的端面上,其特征在于,在压力锁环(8)和辊子轴颈(2)的端侧(7)之间设置缝隙(11),压力锁环(8)与轴颈轴套(4)耦合,并且在缝隙(11)中设置至少一种用于拆卸轴颈轴套(4)和装配件(6)的压力介质。
2.按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述压力介质是流体的和/或气体的压力介质。
3.按权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述压力锁环(8)相对于辊子轴颈端(3)通过至少一个密封装置(14)进行密封。
4.按权利要求2或3中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述压力锁环(8)和轴颈轴套(4)的端面之间设置了至少一个密封元件(15)。
5.按权利要求2到4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述辊子轴颈端(3)中设置至少一个孔(12),通过该孔可以给在辊子轴颈(2)的端侧(7)和压力锁环(8)之间的缝隙(11)提供压力介质。
6.按权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述辊子轴颈端(3)的自由端上的孔(12)具有接头,优选具有用于连接压力介质管的快速-连接器(13)。
7.按权利要求2到6中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,用于润滑径向轴承的轴承油用作压力介质。
8.按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述压力介质是机械的压力介质。
