Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于液态介质的高压装置。
具体而言,本发明涉及一种用于具有大于2000bar压力的液体高压泵的气缸单元,其包括通过收缩连接由至少两个同心管状构件形成的气缸,该气缸单元一侧利用法兰件与密封系统连接,而另一侧与阀体以可松开的方式连接,其中,柱塞可在该密封系统中轴向地往复运动。
背景技术
高压装置的构件,尤其是高压泵的气缸壁,在运行时由于超过2000bar(巴)的内压而遭受明显的拉应力,该拉应力可能是不稳定特性或者脉动地起作用。
在此,拉应力在汽缸壁的区段中会接近材料的延伸极限,但是在多数情况下仍然可以导致材料的长期屈服(Langzeitfliessen),长期屈服在给定的应力情况下以对数的时间标度恒定地减少。
对于本专业领域技术人员而言已知的是,用于高内压的管状零件配备有同心的热装的部件,或者用热装的外部构件或外部管来加固引导液体的管。
借助这种由多个通过收缩工艺形成的同心管体,可以在用于高压运行的管壁的部件中形成应力,使得在横截面上出现尽可能相同的材料负荷,或者避免在部件中可能导致材料的塑性变形的拉应力尖峰。
但是,由通过外部件的热压套装形成的至少两个复合件制成的气缸单元或管体此外具有如下缺点,即,在管复合件中的内部构件在负荷变大或必要时变换的情况下可以轴向移动和/或可以轴向延伸。这可以在柱塞装置的法兰区域中和/或在阀体接口区域中导致在高压液体的密封系统中的问题。
发明内容
在此,本发明将消除在现有技术中的不足并且达到如下目标,即,提供一种前面提到类型的高压泵的气缸单元,其在长期持续运行中保证了气缸单元利用法兰件在柱塞区域中和在阀体区域中的连接的密封性。
该目标依据本发明在气缸单元方面被实现,该气缸单元基本上包括气缸,该气缸由至少两个同心管状构件通过收缩连接形成,所述构建在连接面上具有槽,气缸一侧利用法兰件与密封系统连接,而另一侧与阀体以可松开的方式连接,其中,柱塞可在该密封系统中在轴向上往复运动,在该气缸单元中密封系统的轴承套和气缸的径向最外部的构件靠置在法兰件上并且在其间形成了间隙,在该间隙中,张紧的、碟形弹簧装置朝向法兰件地在远端支撑在气缸的外部构件上,而在近端支撑在轴承套的外侧上,并且轴向对置地,气缸的管状的构件在阀体上的靠置面的区域中具有金属连接部,尤其焊接连接部。
在本发明优选的设计方案中,在管状构件的连接面上的槽在横截面上基本上呈半圆形地成形达到2mm的深度。

具体实施方式
从图1中原理上得出高压泵的气缸单元Z,其在轴向方向上一侧与根据EP0505352B1和/或EP1845290B1的用于柱形活塞P的密封系统3连接,而另一侧与阀体6可松开地连接。
根据本发明的气缸单元1利用内部构件12和至少一个热装在该内部构件上的外部构件11形成,其中在管状的构件12、11的连接面上由其中一个构件中的凹口形成槽15。
用于柱形活塞P的密封系统3以本身公知的方式具有轴承套31,其在轴向方向上由法兰件2支撑。气缸1的最外部的构件11同样在外部区域中支撑在法兰件2上并且具有在径向方向上直至朝着轴承套31凹口。
在凹口中的弹簧机构5(在根据图1的图示中为碟形弹簧5)在远端支撑在气缸1的外部构件11上并且在近端通过其预应力加载轴承套31的外侧,该轴承套31在它那方面由法兰件2轴向地保持。
在弹簧机构5与气缸1的内置的构件12之间朝向阀体6指向地构造有间隙4,该间隙能够实现构件12在轴向上移动直至0.95mm并且在所有情况下都以这种方式保证连接的密封性。
与柱塞P的密封系统3在轴向上对置地,更确切地说在气缸1的阀体6的区域中,气缸1的构件11、12相互金属连接或者焊接并且以其被处理的端面14密封地靠置在阀体6的配合面上。
为了阻止或者防止高压泵的气缸1的构件11、12的移动,如已经发现的那样,有利的是,槽15在连接面的区域中在横截面上基本上呈半圆形地成形有直至2mm的深度并且必要时在轴向方向上螺旋形地走向。

Claims (2)

1.最大压力大于2000巴的液体、尤其是水的高压泵的气缸单元(Z),所述气缸单元基本上包括气缸(1),所述气缸(1)由至少两个同心管状构件(11、12)通过收缩连接形成,所述构件(11、12)在连接面上具有槽(15),所述气缸(1)一侧利用法兰件(2)与密封系统(3)连接,而另一侧与阀体(6)以可松开的方式连接,其中,柱塞(P)能够在所述密封系统中在轴向上往复运动,在所述气缸单元(Z)中所述密封系统(3)的轴承套(31)和所述气缸(1)的径向最外部的构件(11)靠置在所述法兰件(2)上并且在其间形成间隙(4),在所述间隙中,张紧的碟形弹簧机构(5)朝向所述法兰件(2)在远端支撑在所述气缸(1)的外部构件(11)上,而在近端支撑在所述轴承套(31)的外侧上,并且轴向上对置地,所述气缸(1)的管状构件(11、12)在至所述阀体(6)的靠置面(14)的区域中具有金属连接部(7),尤其是焊接连接部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气缸单元(Z),其中在所述管状的构件(11、12)的连接面上的槽(15)在横截面上基本上呈半圆形地成形有达到2mm的深度。
