Description
シールは圧力により回動してシール係合部を維持する丸みを帯びたヒールを有することが好ましい。
図1,2には、特許文献1に開示された従来技術における油圧補助ナットの部品およびアセンブリを図示する。アセンブリはピストン51、シリンダ52、ロックリング59、押圧ワッシャ、および油圧作動チャンバ53を備える。シール63,64は、特許文献1に記載されている方法に従い、ピストン51とシリンダ52との間の閉じた作動チャンバ53内に配置されている。
図2F,2H,2Gのシール110,210,310は、シール110,210,310が作動位置に挿入されると、ばねの力がシールリップ113,114,213,214,313,314に加えられ、第1次のシールを提供するような形状に形成されている。第2次のシール作用は加圧を増大させることにより開始される。図2Gのシール310は、リップ313,314の初期の低圧シールと二重スロープとを結合したものであって、大部分のシール作用を行うバックアップリング320を押圧する。この構成において、シール機能はVパッキングの機能と類似となり、複数リップが作用を分担する。
ルに対して必要とされる相関関係を維持する。薄い部分に影響を与え、永久変形を生起させる熱の問題は、厚い部分を有する新規な設計により解決される。
Claims (6)
- 油圧アセンブリ用シール装置であって、
作動流体はアセンブリの本体と押圧部材との間に形成された作動チャンバ内に備えられ、
本体と押圧部材との間におけるシール係合部に押圧される環状シールと、
前記環状シールをオーバーストローク時の損傷から保護するための、作動チャンバのオーバーストローク端にねじ立てされた圧力解放バルブとを備え、
前記圧力解放バルブは作動流体が作動チャンバから浸出することを可能とし、かつ前記環状シールが支障なくねじ立て位置を通過することを可能とする多孔質体からなるシール装置。 - 環状シールの非シール面を支持し、本体と押圧部材との間の第1次のシール係合を確実に行うアセンブリの本体または押圧部材に保持された環状の嵌合ばねクリップを備える請求項1に記載のシール装置。
- 環状シールは、初期の低圧時にはアセンブリの本体と押圧部材との間のシール係合部に押圧される一対の環状シールリップを備え、高圧時にはシールの残部がシール係合部に押圧される請求項1に記載のシール装置。
- シールはばねを装備され、シールが原初の形状に回帰する位置に配置されると、本体と押圧部材との間のシール係合部を押圧する、請求項1に記載のシール装置。
- シールは高圧下においてシール係合を維持するように回動する丸みを帯びたヒールを備える請求項1に記載のシール装置。
- 多孔質体は焼結金属または多孔質セラミックからなる請求項1に記載のシール装置。
