Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 高温及び/又は高圧の環境で作動する少なくとも二つの部分の間に形成さ れる作動チェンバの中に作動流体が加圧下で含まれる流体圧アセンブリに使用す るための、それらの部分の間の間隙への流入に対するシールであって、 少なくとも、 シールと部品表面との接触によって形成され、第一の圧力レベルまでの作動流 体を含むように作用する一次シールモードと、 第一の圧力レベルよりも上で、シールの材料の弾性変形によって形成されて、 シール材料をアセンブリの少なくとも二つの部分の間の間隙と密に関連させる二 次シールモードとで作用を奏し、 間隙と密に関連する材料が金属であるように構成されていることを特徴とする シール。 2. 一次シールが、断面がブロック形態であるシール本体と一体に形成され、 それに対して傾斜した底からそれたところで二次シールをもたらす肩部を提供す る直立及び/又は外側に延びた肩部、翼状部またはリップによって達成される請 求項1記載のシール。 3. シールが、その全面に展延したシェルと重畳し、このシェルが上に延びて 、一次シールを形成するための外向きに動作可能なフランジを形成する請求項2 記載のシール。 4. シールの本体が青銅または鋼で機械加工または鍛造されている請求項2ま たは3記載のシール。 5. シールの本体が青銅で機械加工または鍛造され、重畳するシェルがプレス 成形鋼である請求項3記載のシール。 6. シールが、一次シールを形成するためのフランジを備え、圧力に反作用し て二次シールを形成する、プレス成形されたコップ型の成形物である請求項1記 載のシール。 7. コップ型の成形物が、圧潰に抵抗を示す材料、たとえばセラミックスを充 填されている請求項6記載のシール。 8. シールが、プレス成形されたコップ型の要素によって形成され、充填物を 有し又は有しない、使用中に傾斜した肩部からそれたところで二次シールを提供 するように作用する傾斜した底を有し、傾斜に沿う分解された力が二次シール形 態を創出する請求項1記載のシール。 9. 傾斜部と材料とが適合して、下向きの力なしで二次シールを達成し、シー ルが反作用する前にシール底を摩擦下で傾斜面に付着させる請求項8記載のシー ル。 10. 極端な圧力での融着を避けるため、シールと、シールされる流体圧アセ ンブリ部品とで異種の金属が選択される請求項1記載のシール。 11. 流体圧アセンブリまたはナットであって、アセンブリまたはナットの部 品の間に膨張チェンバを有し、膨張チェンバが、使用中、請求項1〜10のいず れか1項記載のシールの少なくとも1個によってシールされ、膨張チエンバが、 シールと相互作用するための相補的な形状の肩部または溝を有するように構成さ れている流体圧アセンブリまたはナット。 12. シールが、二次シールを達成するのに十分な角度で間隙に向かって傾斜 した相補的な肩部に対して作用する請求項11記載の流体圧アセンブリまたはナ ット。
