Description
Claims (5)
- 芯材料の外周に鞘材料が被覆された芯鞘構造の複層押出成形品の製造に用いられるダイ装置であって、
前記芯材料が供給される芯材料供給口と、
前記鞘材料が供給される鞘材料供給口と、
その中心部に位置し前記芯材料を押出方向に導く芯材料押出路と、その外周部に位置し前記鞘材料を押出方向に導く鞘材料押出路とを有して、前記芯材料の外周に前記鞘材料を被覆させて押し出す複数個の押出成形部と、
前記芯材料供給口から前記各押出成形部の芯材料押出路に前記芯材料を導く芯材料供給路と、
前記鞘材料供給口から前記各押出成形部の鞘材料押出路に前記鞘材料を導く鞘材料供給路とを備え、
前記複数の押出成形部の少なくとも一部は、直径が異なる二以上の同心円上にそれぞれ複数個配置され、
前記芯材料供給路は、全ての前記押出成形部の芯材料押出路に連通するように面状に広がる芯材料供給層と、前記芯材料供給層の前記同心円の中心軸上にその一端が接続し前記芯材料供給口にその他端が接続する芯材料供給管とを有し、
前記鞘材料供給路は、全ての前記押出成形部の鞘材料押出路に連通するように面状に広がる鞘材料供給層と、前記鞘材料供給層の前記同心円の中心軸上にその一端が連通し前記鞘材料供給口にその他端が接続する鞘材料供給管とを有し、
前記各押出成形部には、芯材料押出路の流路を絞る絞り部、および、芯材料押出路が内部に形成された芯用ノズルの先端部と押出口を構成する押出口構成部材の凹部との間に形成される鞘材料押出路の流路を絞る隙間がそれぞれ設けられ、
前記絞り部は、同心円の外側の円上に配置された押出成形部の芯材料押出路の流路よりも、前記同心円の内側の円上に配置された押出成形部の芯材料押出路の流路が小さくなるように流路を絞り、
前記隙間は、同心円の外側の円上に配置された押出成形部の鞘材料押出路の流路よりも、前記同心円の内側の円上に配置された押出成形部の鞘材料押出路の流路が小さくなるように流路を絞る、ダイ装置。 - 全ての前記押出成形部が、直径が異なる二以上の同心円上に配置されている、請求項1に記載のダイ装置。
- 前記複数の押出成形部は、複数の該押出成形部から連続して押し出される長尺状の押出成形品を相互に平行かつひとつの平面に含まれるように導いた場合に、押出成形品が相互に接触しない位置に配置されている、請求項1または2に記載のダイ装置。
- 前記各押出成型部に設けられた絞り部は交換可能である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のダイ装置。
- 前記請求項1から4のいずれかのダイ装置を用いた複層押出成形品の製造方法であって、
前記芯材料供給口に芯材料を供給すると共に前記鞘材料供給口に鞘材料を供給する工程と、
前記押出成形部から芯材料の外周に鞘材料が被覆された芯鞘構造の複層押出成形品を押し出す工程とを含む、複層押出成形品の製造方法。
