Claims (18)
- コアドリルビット(2)用の急速着脱型工具ホルダ(1)であって,該工具ホルダ(1)に対してコアドリルビット(2)をその中心軸線(A)方向に保持すべく,コアドリルビット(2)に設けられている外ねじ付きフランジ(9)とねじ結合可能とされた,自由回転可能な中空の内ねじ付きフランジ(3)と,該内ねじ付きフランジ(3)に対して同軸的に配置され,コアドリルビット(2)の着脱時に工具ホルダ(1)に対してコアドリルビット(2)をガイドするためのガイド手段(4)と,コアドリルビット(2)にトルクを伝達するためのトルク伝達手段(5)とを具える工具ホルダにおいて,前記ガイド手段(4)が工具側の端部領域に配置され,該ガイド手段(4)に対し,工具側に向けて直径の減少するテーパを有する円錐外面(6)が軸線方向で装置側に離間させて配置され,前記ガイド手段(4)と前記円錐外面(6)との間に前記トルク伝達手段(5)が配置されていることを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 請求項1記載の工具ホルダであって,前記ガイド手段(4)が端部側で円筒形状の外周面を有することを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の工具ホルダであって,円錐外面(6)のテーパ角(α)が10°〜15°であることを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の工具ホルダであって,ガイド手段(4)の軸線方向中点と,円錐外面(6)との間の軸線方向距離(X)が25mm〜50mmであることを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の工具ホルダであって,トルク伝達手段(5)がセレーションであることを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の工具ホルダであって,内ねじ付きフランジ(3)が丸ねじ(17)を具え,該丸ねじが左巻き丸ねじであることを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の工具ホルダであって,同軸中空形状を有することを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の工具ホルダであって,着脱可能な工具ホルダ・アダプタ(11)として構成されていることを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 請求項8記載の工具ホルダであって,前記工具ホルダ・アダプタ(11)が,軸線方向で互いに離間して配置され,それぞれ装置側に向けて直径の減少するテーパを有する2個の円錐外面(12a,12b)と,軸線方向で該円錐外面(12a,12b)の相互間に配置したスプラインシャフト(13)とを具えることを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 工具ホルダ(1)により着脱可能に保持されるコアドリルビット(2)の装着端部(8)であって,工具ホルダ(1)に対してコアドリルビット(2)をその中心軸線(A)方向に保持すべく,工具ホルダ(1)に設けられている内ねじ付きフランジ(3)とねじ結合可能とした外ねじ付きフランジ(9)と,該外ねじ付きフランジ(9)に対して同軸的に配置され,コアドリルビット(2)の着脱時に工具ホルダ(1)に対してコアドリルビット(2)をガイドするためのガイド手段(4’)と,工具ホルダ(1)からのトルクが伝達されるトルク伝達手段(5’)とを具え,工具ホルダ(1)から遠ざかる方向に向けて直径の減少するテーパを有する円錐内面(10)が工具側のガイド手段(4’)に対し,軸線方向で装置側に離間させて配置され,前記ガイド手段(4’)と前記円錐内面(10)との間に前記トルク伝達手段(5’)が配置されていることを特徴とする装着端部。
- 請求項10記載の装着端部であって,ガイド手段(4’)が端部側で円筒形状の内周面を有することを特徴とする装着端部。
- 請求項10又は11に記載の装着端部であって,円錐内面(10)の軸線方向テーパ角(α)が10°〜15°,好適には12.5°であることを特徴とする装着端部。
- 請求項10〜12の何れか一項に記載の装着端部であって,ガイド手段(4’)の軸線方向中点と円錐内面(10)との間の軸線方向距離(X)が25mm〜50mm,好適には35mmであることを特徴とする装着端部。
- 請求項10〜13の何れか一項に記載の装着端部であって,トルク伝達手段(5’)が内歯セレーションであることを特徴とする装着端部。
- 請求項10〜14の何れか一項に記載の装着端部であって,外ねじ付きフランジ(9)が丸ねじ(18)を具え、該丸ねじが好適には直径55mmの左巻き丸ねじ(18)であることを特徴とする装着端部。
- 請求項10〜15の何れか一項に記載の装着端部であって,同軸中空形状を有することを特徴とする装着端部。
- 請求項10〜16の何れか一項に記載の装着端部であって,着脱可能な装着端部アダプタ(14)として構成されていることを特徴とする装着端部。
- 請求項17記載の装着端部であって,装着端部アダプタ(14)が,工具側に外ねじ(15)を具えることを特徴とする装着端部。
