Claims (8)
- 手持ち式電動工具装置(4)における駆動スピンドル(6)に回転結合される工具ホルダ(2)であって,交換可能な工具を,円形断面のシャフト部分(8)を通じて軸線方向及び回転方向に固定するための固定装置を具える工具ホルダにおいて,該固定装置が,互いに分離したクランプ手段(12;34)及び連れ回し手段(18)を具え,該連れ回し手段(18)と前記シャフト部分(8)のスリップ時にクランプ手段(12;34)と連れ回し手段(18)との相対回転を可能とする回転軸受(20)を,前記クランプ手段(12;34)及び連れ回し手段(18)の間に配置したことを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 請求項1記載の工具ホルダにおいて,前記回転軸受(20)を転動軸受で構成したことを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の工具ホルダにおいて,前記連れ回し手段(18)が,前記スピンドル(6)の回転方向(D)で自動的に係止されるフライホイル・スリーブ(40)を具えることを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の工具ホルダにおいて,前記クランプ手段(12;34)が,前記シャフト部分(8)を受けるための貫通開口(24;37)を形成する弾性クランプ素子を具え,該貫通開口の直径が,該クランプ素子の無負荷状態ではシャフト部分(8)の外径より小であることを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の工具ホルダにおいて,前記弾性クランプ素子をO‐リング(36)で構成したことを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の工具ホルダにおいて,前記弾性クランプ素子を皿ばね(22)で構成したことを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 請求項6記載の工具ホルダにおいて,前記クランプ手段(12)が,前記皿ばね(22)を解除位置まで変位させるための解除機構(26)を具えることを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
- 請求項7記載の工具ホルダにおいて,前記解除機構(26)を変位可能なスリーブ(28)で構成し,該スリーブ(28)により前記皿ばね(22)を,前記貫通開口(24)を包囲する環状領域において押圧可能としたことを特徴とする工具ホルダ。
