Claims (9)
- 始動時の内燃機関を制御する方法であって、
静止状態からエンジン速度を上昇させる工程、
該上昇後、少なくとも一つのセンサーに基き気筒位置を判定する工程、
該気筒位置判定後であって、最初の噴射イベント後の噴射イベント数をカウントすると共に、当該気筒位置を判定してからカウントした前記噴射イベント数に少なくとも基き各気筒への空気量を計算し、少なくとも該空気量に基きシーケンシャル燃料噴射を開始する工程、及び
所定数の噴射イベント後、始動中のエンジン速度変化に少なくとも基き、エンジン空気量を計算する工程、
を有する方法。 - 上記センサーが、ホール効果センサー、可変リラクタンス・センサー又はタコメーターである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記エンジン速度の変化が、上記エンジン速度の変化を時間変化で除算することにより、求められる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 上記エンジン空気量の計算が更に、エンジン空気量の変化に対するエンジン速度の変化に関する差分方程式に基く、請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 上記エンジン速度の変化が、現在と過去のエンジン・イベントでの現在と過去のエンジン速度の計測値から求められる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 上記噴射イベント数に基づく各気筒への空気量の計算を、所定数の噴射が生じるか、又は、エンジン加速度が所定レベルを越えるまで行う、請求項1〜5のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 上記気筒位置を判定する前に、始動中のエンジン・イベントに基づき理想気体の法則を用いてエンジン空気量を計算する工程をさらに有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 上記噴射イベント数に基づく各気筒への空気量の計算において、最初に燃料供給された気筒が着火するまでエンジン空気量変化をゼロに設定する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 上記噴射イベント数に基づく各気筒への空気量の計算において、予測エンジン空気量変化は、ピックアップ信号の立ち下がりエッジで計算する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1に記載の方法。
