Description
(1)充填口7を開閉するためのシール弁8としては、図2では、パック式を例示し、シール弁8は六角レンチでの開閉により小型コンパクトでガス充填時以外は操作できない構造にすることによって、安全性を高めている。
(2)閉止部材2をダイヤフラム2aで構成することによって、Oリングシール構造に比較し、ガス漏れを起こさない構造になっている。
(3)ガス充填後の抜け防止あるいは誤操作を防止するために、シール弁8の先端部にナット8bを有することが好ましい。つまり、ガス充填時以外には容易に開閉できないため、ガス使用時に誤って充填口7を開けてしまい高圧ガスを噴出させるような事故の可能性を低くすることができる。特に、ナット8bの形状を特殊なものとすることで、充填口7の開閉をより一層制限することができる。

Claims (2)
- ガス容器に取り付けて使用され、容器取り付け側に取り付けられる閉止弁と、その下流側に配される減圧弁とを備え、該減圧弁を容器バルブから取り外し可能な構造を有する容器バルブであって、
前記閉止弁において、容器取り付け側からの流路を分岐し、流路の開閉を制御する閉止部材、ガス容器内にガスを充填するための充填口とシール弁、および耐圧以上の加圧状態を回避するための安全弁がその分岐流路に連結して配設され、前記シール弁がパック式バルブ構造であって、六角レンチでの開閉により小型コンパクトでガス充填時以外は操作できない構造にすることを特徴とする容器バルブ。 - 前記シール弁が、その先端部にナットを有し、該ナットで開閉するパック式バルブ構造であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器バルブ。
