Description
前記2相混合物が反応器の分配板の下部に再導入され、ゆえに凝縮した液体の部分が気体から分離され、前記凝縮した液体の部分が反応器の底部とポリマー粒子の流動床の上端の上に位置する点を連結する外管を経て、流動床の上に連続的に供給されることで特徴付けられる、流動床反応器中でのオレフィン重合の連続方法である。
A)活性形態でのマグネシウムハライドに担持されたチタニウム化合物および任意に電子供与化合物(内部供与体)を含む固体成分;
B)任意に電子供与化合物(外部供与体)の存在中のアルキルアルミニウム化合物
の反応生成物を含む固体触媒系である。

Claims (14)
- 方法が、1以上のα−オレフィンモノマーを含む気流を、反応性条件下、重合触媒の存在下に連続的に流動床に通過させ、重合生成物および未反応の流体を反応器から回収し、気体および凝縮した液体の2相混合物を形成するために、前記未反応の流体の部分を露点以下に冷却し、かつ前記2相混合物を反応器に再導入することからなり、
前記2相混合物が反応器の分配板の下部に再導入され、ゆえに凝縮した液体の部分が気体から分離され、前記凝縮した液体の部分が反応器の底部とポリマー粒子の流動床の上端の上に位置する点を連結する外管を経て、流動床の上に連続的に供給されることで特徴付けられる、流動床反応器中でのオレフィン重合の連続方法。 - 前記2相混合物が、反応器壁に接する方向に沿って、分配板の下部に再導入される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記凝縮した液体の部分が、遠心効果により気体から分離される請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記凝縮した液体の部分が、液滴の凝集およびその結果として生じる重力による落下により気体から分離される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 分離された液体が、前記外管に入る前に、分配板の下にある区画の底部で集められる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 外管に入る液体が、全体の凝縮した液体の20〜50重量%の範囲からなる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体が、ポンプ装置を必要とせず、外管中を上方に流れる請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記液体が、流動床反応器に、流動床の上端の上で、減速区画の下に位置する点に導入される請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 前記液体が、噴射装置により流動床の上面に噴霧される請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体が、外管に入る気体の量に対して10〜20重量%からなる量である請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記外管の直径が、0.01〜0.15DR(ここで、DRは、流動床反応器の直径である)である請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 凝縮した液体の残存部が、分配板を通過して流動床に入る請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 連続的に流動床を通過する気流が、式CH2=CHR(ここで、Rは、水素または1〜12の炭素原子を有する炭化水素基である)の1以上のモノマーを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記気流が、不活性凝縮性気体として、1以上のC4〜8アルカンまたはシクロアルカンをさらに含む請求項13に記載の方法。
