Description
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1における燃料供給装置の外観斜視図、図2は図1における断面図である。また、図3は図2におけるクッションラバーの外観斜視図であり、(b)および(c)は(a)における、それぞれB視図、C視図である。さらに、図4は図2における線A−Aに沿う断面図、図5(a)〜(c)は図2における余剰燃料の流路を示す説明図である。
1.内壁3eと壁10gの間 →内底3aと外底10cの間→開口部3bと開口突起10fの間((a)参照)
2.外周面7dと壁10gの間→底面7aと内底10aの間→接続部4aと開口突起10fの間((b)参照)
3. 孔10j →内底3aと外底10cの間→開口部3bと開口突起10fの間((c)参照)
を経てサクションフィルタ4に達することになる。つまり、排出口からの噴流は、油面100aに向けて、直接、衝突することはないので、プレッシャーレギュレータ9がポンプホルダ3で囲い込まれていることと相俟って、騒音の発生を抑え込むことが可能である。

Claims (4)
- 燃料タンク内に貯留された燃料を、サクションフィルタを介して吸い込み吐出させる燃料ポンプと、この燃料ポンプから吐出された燃料の圧力を所定の範囲に維持し、燃料の一部を余剰燃料として排出するプレッシャーレギュレータと、これら燃料ポンプとプレッシャーレギュレータを保持するポンプホルダと、このポンプホルダに上記燃料ポンプを保持するにあたり、上記ポンプホルダと上記燃料ポンプの間に該燃料ポンプの径方向および軸方向に介在し、上記燃料ポンプの駆動に伴う振動を抑制するクッションラバーとを備え、上記燃料タンク内に配設される燃料供給装置において、
上記プレッシャーレギュレータから排出された余剰燃料が、上記クッションラバーと上記燃料ポンプとの間で生じる隙間を介し、上記サクションフィルタが上記燃料ポンプの吸入口に嵌着される接続部と上記クッションラバーに設けられた上記接続部が挿通される第一の開口部との間および上記接続部と上記ポンプホルダに設けられた上記接続部が挿通される第二の開口部との間を通って、上記サクションフィルタに導かれることを特徴とする燃料供給装置。 - プレッシャーレギュレータから排出された余剰燃料は、ポンプホルダとクッションラバーとの間で生じる隙間を介し、接続部と第二の開口部との間を通って、サクションフィルタに導かれることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料供給装置。
- クッションラバーの軸方向の全周に亙って、燃料ポンプの外周面と当接する第一のリブが上記クッションラバーの内周面に、ポンプホルダの内周面と当接する第二のリブが上記クッションラバーの外周面に、それぞれ略等間隔に具備されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の燃料供給装置。
- 第一のリブと第二のリブが千鳥配列となっていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の燃料供給装置。
