Claims (7)
- 第1電極、第2電極、及び当該第1電極と第2電極との間に介されたセパレータが巻き取られて形成された電極組立体と、前記電極組立体の上部に位置する絶縁ケースと、を含むリチウム二次電池において、
前記絶縁ケースは、本体部と、前記本体部の上面に互いに離隔されて位置する一対の支持部と、を含み、引張強度が500kgf/cm2以上である樹脂または樹脂複合材料で形成され、
前記一対の支持部は、前記本体部の両側端部上に位置する側端支持部であることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記樹脂または樹脂複合材料は、圧縮強度が900kgf/cm2以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記樹脂または樹脂複合材料は、電解液と反応しないことを特徴とする請求項1記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ケースは、フェノール樹脂、ガラス繊維強化樹脂、及び炭素繊維強化樹脂よりなる群から選択される材料で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ケースは、ベークライトで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記側端支持部は、前記本体部から上方に突出していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ケースの本体部に、電極タブ引出口及び電解液注入孔の少なくとも一方が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリチウム二次電池。
