Claims (9)
- 제 1 전극판, 제 2 전극판, 상기 제 1 전극판 및 제 2 전극판 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터를 구비하는 권취형 전극 조립체와;상기 전극 조립체를 수용하기 위한 공간을 구비하는 케이스와;망간(Mn)을 2% 이하로 함유하는 알루미늄-망간(Al-Mn)계 합금으로 이루어지며 장축 대 단축 길이의 비는 1.3 내지 4.0인 캡 플레이트를 구비하며, 상기 케이스와 결합되어 이를 밀봉하며, 상기 전극 조립체와 전기적으로 연결되는 단자부가 형성된 캡 조립체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 캡 플레이트는 두께가 0.7㎜ 내지 1.1㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 전극판, 제 2 전극판, 상기 제 1 전극판 및 제 2 전극판 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터를 구비하는 권취형 전극 조립체와;상기 전극 조립체를 수용하기 위한 공간을 구비하는 케이스와;항복 강도가 15.00㎏f/㎟ 이상인 물질로 이루어지며 장축 대 단축 길이의 비는 1.3 내지 4.0인 캡 플레이트를 구비하며, 상기 케이스와 결합되어 이를 밀봉하며, 상기 전극 조립체와 전기적으로 연결되는 단자부가 형성된 캡 조립체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 캡 플레이트는 인장 강도가 15.50㎏f/㎟ 이상인 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 캡 플레이트는 전단 강도가 10.00㎏f/㎟ 이상인 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 캡 플레이트는 브리넬 경도가 40 이상인 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 캡 플레이트는 두께가 0.7㎜ 내지 1.1㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이 온 이차 전지.
