Claims (3)
- 隣り合うころ間に、射出成形によって成形した樹脂製の間座を介在させたラジアルころ軸受であって、
前記間座はその両面にころの転動面と直線的な接触線を形成するころ接触面を有し、前記ころ接触面は前記間座の長手方向に延在しており、
前記間座の長手方向両端にころ端面と向かい合う拡張部が設けてあり、
前記間座にただ1つのゲートを設け、かつ、前記ゲートを、前記間座の、軸受の半径方向の内側または外側を向いた面に配置することにより、樹脂の流動方向をころと間座との接触線方向と直交させたラジアル軸受。 - 前記間座のパーティングラインを、ころとの摺動面を避けた位置に設けた請求項1のラジアルころ軸受。
- 前記間座のころ転動面と向き合う面にころ転動面と接触しないフラット面を設けた請求項1または2のラジアルころ軸受。
