Description
一般的な液状エラストマーとしては、低分子量天然ゴム並びに低分子量合成ポリイソプレン及びポリブテンゴムが挙げられる。一般的な油としては、パラフィン類、イソパラフィン類、ナフテン類、芳香族類又はポリ芳香族類が挙げられる。気泡剤の例としては、Cellogen気泡剤及びガスが挙げられる。
Claims (33)
- a)遊星ローラー押出機の供給部に非熱硬化性エラストマーを含む第一原材料を導入する工程と、
b)遊星ローラー押出機の供給部から混合部に第一原材料を送り出す工程と、
c)混合部において第一原材料を混合する工程と、
d)均質な接着剤組成物を製造する工程と、
e)ウェブ状材料に接着剤組成物を塗工する工程とを備え、
混合部には、複数の遊星スピンドルに取り囲まれ、複数の遊星スピンドルと噛み合わされた主スピンドルが設けられ、複数の遊星スピンドルの少なくとも1つが、外周に切欠を有する複数のらせん状回転羽根を備えた混合スピンドルであることを特徴とする接着剤の調製方法。 - 前記混合部は、3〜24個の遊星スピンドルを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記混合部は、全周らせん状回転羽根を有する遊星スピンドルをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記混合スピンドルは、前記混合部における遊星スピンドルの全数の20%超であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記混合部は、全周らせん状回転羽根を有するスピンドルの2倍の混合スピンドルを備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記混合部に第二原材料を添加する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記第二原材料は、熱硬化性エラストマー、粘着付与樹脂、増量剤、活性化剤、架橋剤、着色剤、及びこれらの混合物からなる一群から選択された固体原材料であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記第二原材料は、液状エラストマー、溶融樹脂、油、溶媒、及びこれらの混合物からなる一群から選択された液体原材料であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記溶媒は、アセトン、トルエン、ヘキサン、ヘプタン、及びこれらの混合物からなる一群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記混合部は、複数のローラーバレル部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 各バレル部は、混合スピンドルを備えていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記第一原材料は、天然ゴム及び粘着付与樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記第一原材料は、酸化亜鉛、酸化マグネシウム及びこれらの混合物からなる一群から選択された活性化剤、並びに、クレー、炭酸カルシウム、タルク、アルミニウム水和物及びこれらの混合物からなる増量剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記エラストマーは、GPCにより測定されたMwが1,000,000未満に低減されるように、素練りされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記非熱硬化性エラストマーは、天然ゴム、合成ポリイソプレン、スチレンブタジエンゴム、ブチルゴム、ポリイソブチレンゴム、及びこれらの混合物からなる一群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記ウェブ状材料への接着剤組成物の塗工工程は、スロットダイ塗工、リバースロール、ロールオーバーロール塗工、及びナイフオーバーロール塗工からなる一群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記塗工工程は、回転リップダイ又は固定リップ接触ダイを用いたスロットダイ塗工を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- f)接着剤組成物を架橋する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記工程fは、電子線架橋、紫外線架橋、熱及び/又は化学的架橋及びこれらの組み合わせからなる一群から選択された処理を用いた接着剤組成物の架橋を含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- a)非熱硬化性エラストマー及び粘着付与樹脂を含む接着剤組成物の第一原材料を遊星ローラー押出機において連続的に計量する工程と、
b)遊星ローラー押出機の混合部において均質な接着剤組成物を調製するように第一原材料を混合する工程と、
c)押出機から均質な接着剤組成物を連続的に排出する工程とを備え、
混合部には、複数の遊星スピンドルに取り囲まれ、複数の遊星スピンドルと噛み合わされた主スピンドルが設けられ、複数の遊星スピンドルの少なくとも1つが、外周に切欠を有する複数のらせん状回転羽根を備えた混合スピンドルであることを特徴とする接着剤の調製方法。 - 前記非熱硬化性エラストマーは、天然ゴム、合成ポリイソプレン、スチレンブタジエンゴム、ブチルゴム、ポリイソブチレンゴム、及びこれらの混合物からなる一群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記非熱硬化性エラストマーは、前素練りされた天然ゴムを含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記混合部は、複数の遊星ローラーバレル部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記各ローラーバレル部は、少なくとも1つの混合スピンドルを備えていることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 混合部において原材料に溶媒を添加する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- d)ウェブ状材料に接着剤組成物を塗工する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記接着剤組成物は、スロットダイ塗工装置、リバースロール、ロールオーバーロール塗工、及びナイフオーバーロール塗工を用いて、ウェブ状材料に塗工されることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記ウェブ状材料は、紙、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ポリビニルクロライド及びこれらの組み合わせからなる一群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 接着剤組成物を架橋する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項28に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記混合部において第二原材料を添加工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記第二原材料は、固体材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項30に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記固体材料は、熱硬化性エラストマー、樹脂、増量剤、活性化剤、反減衰剤、架橋剤及びこれらの混合物からなる一群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項31に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
- 前記混合部は、ツインスクリュー注入装置をさらに備え、前記固体材料をツインスクリュー注入装置により混合部に添加することを特徴とする請求項31に記載の接着剤の調製方法。
