Claims (6)
- 円筒状の本体(52,72)と、該本体(52,72)の内側或いは外側にクラウニングが施された歯部(53,73)とを有する金属製の歯車(51,71)の歯面における歯すじの修正方法において、円筒状の予備本体(52a,72a)と、該予備本体(52a,72a)の内側或いは外側に歯すじ方向に均一の肉厚で平らな歯面が形成される予備歯部(53a,73a)を有する予備成形歯車(51a,71a)の、前記予備本体(52a,72a)に、前記予備歯部(53a,73a)と反対側の外周側或いは内周側から前記予備歯部(53a,73a)を非拘束状態で局部的に表面処理を施し、前記予備本体(52a,72a)の表面処理が施された外周側或いは内周側を歯すじ方向に凹む円弧状に変形させ前記予備歯部(53a,73a)の歯先部(A)を内周側或いは外周側に突出させることにより前記予備歯部(53a,73a)の歯面に歯すじ方向に膨らむクラウニングを施すことを特徴とする歯車の歯面における歯すじの修正方法。
- 前記予備成形歯車(51a,71a)の予備本体(52a,72a)に、前記予備歯部(53a,73a)と反対側の外周側或いは内周側から前記予備歯部(53a,73a)を非拘束状態で歯すじ方向中央部に表面処理を行い、予備本体(52a,72a)の表面処理が施された外周面或いは内周面を歯すじ方向に中央部が凹む円弧状に変形させ前記予備歯部(53a,73a)の歯先部(A)を内周側或いは外周側に突出させることにより前記予備歯部(53a,73a)の歯面を歯すじ方向に中央部が膨らむクラウニングを施すことを特徴とする請求項1記載の歯車の歯面における歯すじの修正方法。
- 前記表面処理はレーザービームによることを特徴とする請求項1及び請求項2記載の歯車の歯面における歯すじの修正方法。
- 前記表面処理は電子ビームによることを特徴とする請求項1及び請求項2記載の歯車の歯面における歯すじの修正方法。
- 前記表面処理は高周波焼き入れによることを特徴とする請求項1及び請求項2記載の歯車の歯面における歯すじの修正方法。
- 前記表面処理はショットピーニングによることを特徴とする請求項1及び請求項2記載の歯車の歯面における歯すじの修正方法。
