図2において、磁気回路1は、センターポール部を設けた下部プレート1aと、リング状のマグネット1bと、リング状の上部プレート1cとを図2に示すように積層して接合することにより構成される。また、下部プレート1aのセンターポール部の周面とリング状の上部プレート1cの内周面との間に円環状の磁気ギャップが形成される。
図1において、芯糸8は綿糸または耐熱性を有する化学繊維(芳香族ポリアミド繊維からなる糸など)からなる。この芯糸8の外周に銅箔9を巻き付けて単線を形成し、この単線を複数本編組したり、撚り合わせることにより銅箔糸線本体7aを形成する。銅箔糸線7は、この銅箔糸線本体7aにワックス10が溶融浸漬によって被覆された構成となっている。なお、ワックス10をコーティング処理により銅箔糸線本体7aの表面に形成してもよい。
まず、下記の(表1)に記載のワックスA、B、Cを作製し、溶融した各ワックスに銅箔糸線本体7aを浸漬して、図1に示すようにワックス10を表面に形成し、ワックス10を含浸した銅箔糸線A、B、Cを作製した。

Claims (4)
- 石油系パラフィンワックスに非ハロゲン系芳香族縮合リン酸エステル類の難燃剤を重量比で10%〜15%配合した難燃性ワックスを銅箔糸線本体に含浸被覆もしくはコーティング処理したスピーカ用銅箔糸線。
- 非ハロゲン系芳香族縮合リン酸エステル類の難燃剤は、融点が80°C〜140°Cで分解温度が250°C以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスピーカ用銅箔糸線。
- 銅箔糸線本体は、芯糸に銅箔を巻き付けたものを複数本編組するか、あるいは撚り合わせることにより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2のいずれかに記載のスピーカ用銅箔糸線。
- 磁気回路と、
前記磁気回路に装着されるフレームと、
前記磁気回路の磁気ギャップに嵌まり込むボイスコイルと、
前記ボイスコイルに内周部が接合され前記フレームに外周部が接合される振動板と、
前記フレームに装着される外部導出用端子と、
前記ボイスコイルの両端に夫々の一方端が接続され前記外部導出用端子に夫々の他方端が接続される一対の銅箔糸線と、
を備えるスピーカにおいて、
前記銅箔糸線として、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のスピーカ用銅箔糸線を用いた
ことを特徴とするスピーカ。
