Claims (9)
- 周波数変換手段と、
前記周波数変換手段を制御するように構成された局所発振器手段と、
第1のフィルタネットワーク手段と、
第2のフィルタネットワーク手段とを備え、
前記第1のフィルタネットワーク手段及び前記第2のフィルタネットワーク手段が同じ帯域幅を有し、
前記第1のフィルタネットワーク手段の出力が、前記周波数変換手段によって前記第2のフィルタネットワーク手段の入力に結合される、
連続可変帯域幅フィルタであって、
前記第1のフィルタネットワーク手段と前記第2のフィルタネットワーク手段とが、非対称汎用チェビシェフ伝達関数を示すことを特徴とする、
連続可変帯域幅フィルタ。 - 前記第1のフィルタネットワーク手段は擬似高域特性を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の連続可変帯域幅フィルタ。
- 前記第2のフィルタネットワーク手段は擬似低域特性を示すことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の連続可変帯域幅フィルタ。
- 前記第1のフィルタネットワーク手段と前記第2のフィルタネットワーク手段の前記周波数レスポンス重複は、個々のフィルタネットワーク手段の急勾配の帯域端遷移領域だけによって決定される複合帯域通過フィルタを生成する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の連続可変帯域幅フィルタ。
- 前記第1のフィルタネットワーク手段と前記第2のフィルタネットワーク手段の最大通過帯域は、チャネル化された無線通信システムによって必要とされる最大帯域通過帯域幅に正確に合わせるために選択される、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の連続可変帯域幅フィルタ。
- 前記周波数変換手段はヘテロダインミキサを備える、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の連続可変帯域幅フィルタ。
- 前記第2のフィルタネットワーク手段の出力信号を、適切な周波数伝送帯域へアップコンバージョン又はダウンコンバージョンする別の周波数変換手段をさらに備える、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の連続可変帯域幅フィルタ。
- 適切な周波数伝送帯域へ、前記第1のフィルタネットワーク手段への入力信号をアップコンバージョン又はダウンコンバージョンするさらに別の周波数変換手段をさらに備える、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の連続可変帯域幅フィルタ。
- 請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の複数の連続可変帯域幅フィルタを含む、衛星通信システム。
