Description
24と、補助発電機の回転子27を設け、また一つのケース23内に主発電機の固定子
26と補助発電機の固定子29を設け、2つの発電機を一体化することで小型化が可能である。また、2つの発電機は電気的に独立しているので、大容量の主発電機2は高圧で、小容量の補助発電機3は低圧とすることができる。これによって、送風機用インバータ
12と交流送風機13は、低圧絶縁の汎用製品が使用できる。
13を運転する。また、(加速中で無く、かつ、車体速度がほぼ0でない)状態でなくなった後も一定時間(図中のta)だけ交流送風機13を運転した後に、停止する。本実施例では、加速が終了した時点で交流送風機13が運転を始める。したがって、ブレーキ動作が開始する時点では交流送風機13は回転をはじめている。これによって、ブレーキ動作開始時の送風機の回転の立ち上がり遅れによる風量不足を改善することができる。また、ブレーキ動作が終了し、ブレーキ抵抗器9が発熱が終了した後も送風機を運転することによって、ブレーキ抵抗器内に残った熱気を除去し、ブレーキ終了後の異常加熱を防止できる。以上によって、ブレーキ抵抗器の寿命アップが期待できる。
Claims (2)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンの動力で発電する主発電機と、前記主発電機の発電出力を整流する整流器と、前記整流器の出力を交流に変換するインバータと、前記インバータの出力で駆動する電動機と、前記電動機に機械的に接続された車輪の回転に対するブレーキ動作によって前記電動機が発電した電力を熱エネルギーに変換するブレーキ抵抗器と、前記エンジンの出力軸の同軸上で前記主発電機と接続され、前記エンジンの回転数によらず一定電圧になるように制御され、前記エンジンの動力で発電する補助発電機と、前記補助発電機の出力を変換する送風機用インバータと、前記ブレーキ抵抗器を冷却し、前記送風機用インバータの出力を接続し、前記補助発電機で発電される電力により駆動する送風機と、を有し、
前記ブレーキ動作の開始前に前記送風機を停止状態から駆動すると共に、前記ブレーキ動作の終了後、一定時間、前記送風機を駆動した後停止することを特徴とする車両電気駆動装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記インバータと前記ブレーキ抵抗器との間に形成されるスイッチを有することを特徴とする車両電気駆動装置。
