- 車載バッテリに送られる冷却風を生成するインペラを回転駆動する永久磁石モータと、
前記永久磁石モータに電力を供給する電力供給部と、
前記永久磁石モータの回転速度を検出する回転速度検出部、
回転速度指令に基づき前記電力供給部の動作を制御して前記永久磁石モータの回転速度を制御する制御部と、
を有し、
前記制御部は、前記回転速度指令が0であり、かつ前記回転速度検出部により検出された回転速度の絶対値が所定のしきい値以上であるとき、前記電力供給部に対し弱め界磁制御を行う、
