Description
図1から図8は、本発明の第1の実施例に係るものである。
なお、以降においては、例えばICG(インドシアニングリーン)とCy7(登録商標)とを併用したような場合、すなわち、前記第1の蛍光プローブの励起波長及び最大蛍光波長と、前記第2の蛍光プローブの励起波長及び最大蛍光波長とがいずれも近赤外域に存在するような場合を想定しつつ説明を行うものとする。

演算部47は、補正値α及びβの算出結果をメモリ46から読み込んだ後、上記数式(1)及び(2)を用い、第1及び第2の蛍光検出画像の全画素について輝度値Pa及びPbを算出する。

Claims (9)
- 第1の蛍光体及び第2の蛍光体を励起するための励起光を出射する光源部と、
前記第1の蛍光体が前記励起光により励起された際に発せられる第1の蛍光と、前記第2の蛍光体が前記励起光により励起された際に発せられる第2の蛍光と、を検出する蛍光検出部と、
前記第1の蛍光体及び前記第2の蛍光体各々の特性に応じた特徴量に基づき、前記第1の蛍光と前記第2の蛍光との混色を解消するための補正値を算出する補正値算出部と、
前記蛍光検出部における前記第1の蛍光の検出結果に応じた第1の検出画像と、前記蛍光検出部における前記第2の蛍光の検出結果に応じた第2の検出画像と、を生成する検出画像生成部と、
前記補正値に基づき、前記第1の検出画像の各画素の輝度値を前記第1の蛍光の強度に応じた輝度値に補正し、前記第2の検出画像の各画素の輝度値を前記第2の蛍光の強度に応じた輝度値に補正する画像補正部と、
を有することを特徴とする蛍光観察装置。 - 前記特徴量は、前記第1の蛍光体の蛍光スペクトル波形、前記第2の蛍光体の蛍光スペクトル波形、前記第1の蛍光を検出する際に用いられる第1の検出波長帯域、及び、前記第2の蛍光を検出する際に用いられる第2の検出波長帯域であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光観察装置。
- 前記第1の検出波長帯域及び前記第2の検出波長帯域は、互いに重複しないことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蛍光観察装置。
- 前記光源部は、前記第1の蛍光体を励起させるための第1の励起光と、前記第2の蛍光体を励起させるための第2の励起光とを同時に出射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光観察装置。
- 前記特徴量は、前記第1の蛍光体の吸収スペクトル波形、及び、前記第2の蛍光体の吸収スペクトル波形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光観察装置。
- 前記光源部は、前記第1の蛍光体を励起させるための第1の励起光と、前記第2の蛍光体を励起させるための第2の励起光とを順次出射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光観察装置。
- 第1の蛍光体及び第2の蛍光体を有する被検体へ励起光を出射する光源部と、
前記第1の蛍光体が前記励起光により励起された際に発せられる第1の蛍光と、前記第2の蛍光体が前記励起光により励起された際に発せられる第2の蛍光と、を検出する蛍光検出部と、
前記第1の蛍光体を励起させる波長帯域の光により前記被検体を撮像して得られる第1の分光画像と、前記第2の蛍光体を励起させる波長帯域の光により前記被検体を撮像して得られる第2の分光画像とに基づいて補正値を算出する補正値算出部と、
前記蛍光検出部における前記第1の蛍光の検出結果に応じた第1の検出画像と、前記蛍光検出部における前記第2の蛍光の検出結果に応じた第2の検出画像と、を生成する検出画像生成部と、
前記補正値に基づき、前記第1の検出画像の各画素の輝度値を前記第1の蛍光の強度に応じた輝度値に補正し、前記第2の検出画像の各画素の輝度値を前記第2の蛍光の強度に応じた輝度値に補正する画像補正部と、
を有することを特徴とする蛍光観察装置。 - 前記補正値は、前記第1の分光画像の輝度値と、前記第2の分光画像の輝度値との比に応じたものであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の蛍光観察装置。
- 前記光源部は、前記第1の蛍光体を励起させるための第1の励起光と、前記第2の蛍光体を励起させるための第2の励起光とを順次出射することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の蛍光観察装置。
