図1には、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係るシフトレバー装置10の構成が側面図にて示されている。また、図2には、このシフトレバー装置10の構成部材であるシフトレバー12の部分的な構成が側面図にて示されている。さらに、図3には、このシフトレバー12の構成が図2の3−3線から見た断面図にて示されている。

Claims (4)
- 筒状に形成され、軸線方向中間部に軸直角方向に貫通する長孔が形成されたシフトレバー本体と、
前記長孔に挿通されるディテントピンと、
前記シフトレバー本体の前記長孔の内側において前記ディテントピンと前記長孔の内壁との間に介在される介在部を有する第1の成形樹脂と、
前記シフトレバー本体と前記第1の成形樹脂とを固定するために前記シフトレバー本体の外側に成形される第2の成形樹脂と、
を備えたシフトレバー装置。 - 前記第1の成形樹脂の前記介在部は、前記シフトレバー本体の内周壁から退避して前記シフトレバー本体の外周寄りに配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のシフトレバー装置。
- 前記第1の成形樹脂は、前記第2の成形樹脂よりも軟質の材料で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載又は請求項2記載のシフトレバー装置。
- 前記第1の成形樹脂は、前記シフトレバー本体の周方向に沿って延出され、前記シフトレバー本体の外周部と前記第2の成形樹脂との間に配置される延出部を有し、前記介在部と前記延出部との間に溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1項記載のシフトレバー装置。
