本発明は皮膚プリッカに関する。
多くの異なる種類の皮膚プリッカがあり、その殆どが廃棄可能ランセットを発射するばね装填装置である。幾つかのプリッカ装置は一回使用後に全体を廃棄できる。しかし、その形態がなんであれ、使用者の皮膚を刺しかつ痛みを負わせることを回避できない。これは取るに足りない一時的なことであるが、多くの使用者はその減少を望みかつその除去の解消は容易にではない。

本発明の課題は、痛みを減少しないまでも、少なくとも痛みから注意をそらすことを目的とする。

本発明によれば、ランセットを前方へ突出させる手段を有するハウジングを含み、前記ランセットの先端が瞬間的に前記ハウジングの鼻部の孔から突出し、前記孔が前記ランセットの運動方向に対して概ね垂直の台内にある皮膚プリッカを提供する。かかる皮膚プリッカにおいて、突起が前記台上に設けられていて、前記ランセットにより穿刺される点に隣接して使用者の皮膚を押圧することを特徴とする。

前記台は、通常、円形であり、その中心部に前記孔を有し、かつ前記突起は前記孔のまわりで環状に配列されていることが便利である。錐形スタッドが効果的であるが、ホイールのスポークのように配列された鋸歯または細長い歯等の他の形状が前記突起として使用できる。いずれにしても、その形状、寸法、および間隔は、皮膚に押し当てたときに、使用者が痛みとしてではなく、僅かに不快な点として感じるようなものである。その効果は近接している穿刺領域において神経を混乱させ、それによりランセットにより突き刺されたときに、気にならないようなものである。

提案された装置は、例示として図面に示されている。図面はランセット発射装置（lancet firing device)または皮膚プリッカの鼻形錐体の斜視図である。
鼻形錐体１は環状台２の前方端部で鼻形錐体の軸に対して直角に終端している。ランセット（図示せず）の先端は中心孔３から突出する。スタッド４の環状列は中心孔３を囲繞し、台２よりも僅かに盛り上がっている。各スタッド４はほんの僅かに丸くすることにより鈍角化した尖端を有する浅い円錐に形成されている。

このようにして、使用時に、刺点のまわりで皮膚を押圧する１２の点（図示例において）が形成されている。
理解されるように、スタッド４の数および配列、ならびに寸法および形状は異ってよい。例えば、スタッド列は、概ねピラミッド形のスタッドにより、前記孔をジグザグ状態で囲繞するようなものであってよい。選択的に、１列が他方の列の外側となり、異なる数量による異なる間隔をおくスタッドにより２列形態に形成されてよく、かつ内側の列と比較して他方の列が異なる寸法および異なる形状のスタッドにより形成されてよい。同様に、上述したように鋸歯または他の歯の形態を選択できる。

代表的孔３は３−４ｍｍの直径を有し、図面はこの場合に効果的と考えられているスタッドの寸法を示す。ただし、この寸法は限定することを意図していない。スタッドの寸法の範囲はまったく自由に選択でき、使用者が試しに誤って選択する寸法かつ／またはパターンの殆どが有益である。

Claims (3)

  1. ランセットを前方へ突出させる手段を有するハウジングを有し、前記ランセットの先端が瞬間的に前記ハウジングの鼻部（１）内の孔（３）から突出し、前記孔（３）が前記ランセットの運動方向に対して概ね垂直の台（２）内にある皮膚プリッカにおいて、複数の突起（４）が前記ランセットにより穿刺されるべき点に隣接して使用者の皮膚を押圧するために前記台（２）上に設けられていることを特徴とする皮膚プリッカ。
  2. 前記台（２）は円形であり、その中心部に前記孔（３）を有し、前記突起（４）は前記孔のまわりで環状に配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の皮膚プリッカ。
  3. 前記突起はテイパを付けたスタッドであることを特徴とする、請求項１または２に記載の皮膚プリッカ。
