Claims (12)
- 一次固体燃料を受け取るための一次入り口、
二次固体燃料を受け取るための二次入り口、
一次固体燃料及び二次固体燃料を混合し混合固体燃料を供給するために、一次入り口及び二次入り口の下流に配置され、且つ混合要素を有する混合室であって、前記混合要素が羽根車である混合室、並びに
混合固体燃料を燃焼室に供給するために燃料噴射器の遠位端の混合室の下流に配置されたノズルを含む燃料噴射器。 - 炉で使用する燃料噴射器であって、前記燃料噴射器は、
一次固体燃料を受け取るための一次入り口、
二次固体燃料を受け取るための二次入り口、
一次入り口又は二次入り口に接続される少なくとも一つの細長い容器、
一次固体燃料及び二次固体燃料を混合するために、少なくとも一つの細長い容器に接続され、且つ混合要素を有する混合室であって、前記混合要素が羽根車である混合室、並びに
混合された一次固体燃料及び二次固体燃料を燃焼室に供給するために燃料噴射器の遠位端にあるノズルを含む燃料噴射器。 - 前記一次入り口及び前記二次入り口の少なくとも一つがスクロール型の入り口である、請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記一次入り口及び前記二次入り口の少なくとも一つがエルボー型の入り口である、請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記一次固体燃料が微粉炭である、請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記一次固体燃料が石油コークスである、請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記二次固体燃料がバイオマス燃料である、請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記バイオマス燃料が予め乾燥される、請求項7に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 二次固体燃料が石油コークスである、請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 炉、
一次固体燃料を供給するための少なくとも一つの一次供給管、
二次固体燃料を供給するための少なくとも一つの二次供給管、及び
一次固体燃料及び二次固体燃料を混合し且つ混合燃料を燃焼用の炉に供給するために炉に隣接する少なくとも一つの燃料噴射器を含み、該燃料噴射器が混合室であって、前記混合要素が羽根車である混合室及びその内部に供えられた混合要素を有する共燃焼バーナー・システム。 - 複数の固体燃料を燃焼する方法であって、前記方法は、
燃料噴射器へ一次固体燃料を供給する工程、
前記燃料噴射器へ二次固体燃料を供給する工程、
均質な混合燃料混合物が得られるまで、前記燃料噴射器で一次固体燃料及び二次固体燃料を混合要素により混合する工程であって、前記混合要素が羽根車である工程、
前記混合燃料を炉に供給する工程、並びに
前記混合燃料を炉で燃焼する工程を含む方法。 - 前記混合工程が一次固体燃料及び二次固体燃料を共に念入りに混合する、請求項11に記載の方法。
