Claims (12)
- スイッチの少なくとも1つの可動接点をスイッチオン位置またはスイッチオフ位置へ作動するための電磁アクチュエータであって、
電磁アクチュエータ(1)は、
ハウジング(5)と、
スイッチオン位置に到達するまで可動極片(3)と、ハウジング(5)に固定された固定極片(4)とを互いに近づく方向に移動させるスイッチオンコイル(8)を備えた第1の磁気回路と、
第1の磁気回路とは別個の第2の磁気回路であって、スイッチオンコイル(8)が付勢されない時にアクチュエータ(1)をバネまたは他の力に抗してスイッチオン位置に保持するための、永久磁石(9)及び可動極片(3)に接合された保持プレート(10)を有する第2の磁気回路と、
第2の磁気回路の磁界を打ち消してアクチュエータ(1)がスイッチオフ位置に戻れるように作動するスイッチオフコイル(15)とを有し、
スイッチオフコイル(15)は、アクチュエータ(1)の軸方向において、永久磁石(9)より保持プレート(10)に近い位置にあり、
第2の磁気回路は、永久磁石(9)、永久磁石(9)をハウジング(5)に固定するための固定片(13)、永久磁石(9)の半径方向内側においてハウジング(5)に固定されたアダプタ片(12)及び保持プレート(10)より成ることを特徴とする電磁アクチュエータ。 - 永久磁石(9)はディスク状の磁石であり、その極方向はディスク状磁石(9)の軸に平行である請求項1の電磁アクチュエータ。
- アクチュエータ(1)は本質的に円筒形の要素(2−15)より成る請求項1または2の電磁アクチュエータ。
- アクチュエータ(1)は第1及び第2の磁気回路内のスティールで作られた円筒形の要素(3、4、5、10、12、13)より成る請求項1または2の電磁アクチュエータ。
- 電磁アクチュエータ(1)は可動極片(3)に接合された可動シャフトを有し、そのシ
ャフト(2)は滑り軸受(6)により固定極片(4)に関して移動できる請求項1乃至4のうちの1項の電磁アクチュエータ。 - 可動極片(3)は滑り軸受(14)により回路本体(5、12、13)に関して移動できる請求項3乃至5のうちの1項の電磁アクチュエータ。
- アクチュエータ(1)には、回路片(5、12、13)及び保持プレート(10)の対向する極表面を遮蔽する防塵キャップ(19)が設けられている請求項1乃至6のうちの1項の電磁アクチュエータ。
- 円筒形要素(2−15)のうちの少なくとも2つの要素をネジにより互いに固定する請求項1乃至7のうちの1項のアクチュエータを組立てる方法。
- 円筒形要素(2−15)のうちの少なくとも2つを圧力嵌めにより互いに固定する請求項8の方法。
- スイッチが少なくとも1つの可動接点を有する開閉装置に請求項1乃至7のうちの1項のアクチュエータを固定する組立体であって、 アクチュエータ(1)の軸方向がスイッチの少なくとも1つの可動接点の作動手段の運動方向に本質的に垂直であることを特徴とする組立体。
- アクチュエータ(1)の運動と、スイッチの少なくとも1つの可動接点の作動手段の運動の間の伝動比が所定の値である伝動手段(22−32)をさらに備えた請求項10の組立体。
- 1つのアクチュエータはスイッチの3つの可動接点を駆動し、所定の伝動比は1:2と1:2.5との間にあり、好ましくは1:2.2である請求項11の組立体。
