Claims (3)
- 光学的表面または光学的表面を製造するための型枠のための加工機において、
堅牢な機械ベッド(1)上に、光学的表面または型枠の未加工物を保持することができるスピンドル(2)が支持され、スピンドル(2)の中心縦軸線方向であるZ軸線方向に移動可能な回転工具(8)が設けられ、回転工具(8)またはスピンドル(2)が往復台(5)上でスピンドル(2)の中心縦軸線方向に対して直交するX軸線方向に移動可能であり、回転工具(8)をZ軸線方向に駆動させるための駆動装置(6)がリニア駆動装置であること、
Z軸線方向にそれぞれ前記リニア駆動装置(6)と該リニア駆動装置(6)とは逆の方向に制御される第2のリニア駆動装置(13)とが同一線上に互いに直列に配置され、第2のリニア駆動装置(13)のケーシングまたは固定子が機械ベッド(1)を介して第1のリニア駆動装置(6)のケーシングまたは固定子と機械的に連結されており、第1のリニア駆動装置(6)の加速により生じる反力が第2のリニア駆動装置(13)により動力学的に補償されていることを特徴とする加工機。 - 第1のリニア駆動装置(6)の加速により生じる反力が、質量体としての機械ベッド(1)に吸収させることにより動力学的に補償されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加工機。
- Z軸線方向において両リニア駆動装置(6,13)に対して同一線上に直列に第3のリニア駆動装置が配置され、該第3のリニア駆動装置のケーシングまたは固定子が機械ベッド(1)を介して両リニア駆動装置(6,13)のケーシングまたは固定子と機械的に連結されており、且つ第1および第2のリニア駆動装置の運動から生じる力の作用方向とは逆の方向に制御されていることにより、付加的な動力学的平衡状態が実現されていることを特徴とする、請求項項1または2に記載の加工機。
