SE PROPONE UN PROCEDIMIENTO QUE PERMITE PRODUCIR DIRECTAMENTE LAS SUPERFICIES OPTICAS Y CARCASAS DE MOLDEO EN UNA SOLA ETAPA DE PROCESO DESPUES DE DEFINIR DATOS ESPECIFICOS. SEGUN EL PROCEDIMIENTO PROPUESTO, UNA PIEZA BRUTA PARA EL MECANIZADO DE UNA SUPERFICIE OPTICA O UNA PIEZA BRUTA PARA UNA CARCASA DE MOLDEO PARA LA FABRICACION DE SUPERFICIES OPTICAS SE SUJETA EN EL PORTAPIEZAS DE UN EJE DE HUSILLO (EJE Z) DE UNA MECANIZADORA, DONDE UNA HERRAMIENTA DE TORNEAR, QUE EJECUTA UN MOVIMIENTO RELATIVO EN RELACION CON LA PIEZA BRUTA (EJE X), LA TORNEA DIRECTAMENTE HASTA SU LA FORMA FINAL.
