Claims (63)
- バルクティッシュ及びタオルと不織製品及び不織布の製造に使用するベルトを生成する方法であって、
a)ベルトに使用するベース支持体を設け、
b)該ベース支持体上に制御される方法で複数の犠牲材料の液滴を配置して、配置される該材料のx、y、z寸法を調整することにより、液滴の所定のパターンを生成し、
c)該ベース支持体上に高分子樹脂材料を配置して、該犠牲材料を備えない該ベース支持体の領域を充填し、
d)該高分子樹脂材料を少なくとも部分的に固着し、
e)該ベース支持体から犠牲材料を除去する、
各工程を含む、方法。 - 前記液滴は10μ(10ミクロン)又はそれ以上の平均直径を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- b)〜e)の工程が、前記ベース支持体を横切って横方向に延びる連続帯上で順次実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- b)〜e)の工程が、前記ベース支持体周りを縦方向に延びる一連の細長い切れ上で順次実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- b)〜e)の工程が、前記ベース支持体周りに螺旋状に実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、前記所定のパターンは所定の配列で表される複数の分散位置を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、前記所定のパターンは所定の配列の複数の分散した開放領域を画定する連続網目模様を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、前記所定のパターンは前記ベース支持体のほぼ全体に広がる半連続網目模様を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、前記犠牲材料は前記ベース支持体内に浸透している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、前記犠牲材料は前記ベース支持体上に所望の厚みの規則的又は不規則パターンを形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、前記犠牲材料はピエゾジェット手段により配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、前記犠牲材料は複数の個々にコンピュータ制御されるピエゾジェットを備えるピエゾジェットアレイにより配置される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記犠牲材料が加熱により除去できるワックスである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記犠牲材料が溶剤により除去できる材料である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)とc)の間に、更に、
1)前記犠牲材料の実際パターンを検査して、前記所定のパターンとの一致性を測定し、
2)該犠牲材料の該実際パターンを修復して、該所定のパターンからの差を無くする、
各工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記検査工程は、デジタルカメラと組み合わせて機能する高速パターン認識(FPR)プロセッサにより実行される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記修復工程は、前記FPRプロセッサに結合された修復ジェットアレイにより実行される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 工程c)において、前記高分子樹脂材料は前記ベース支持体上に所望の厚みの層を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記高分子樹脂材料がポリウレタンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記高分子樹脂材料が感光性樹脂である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記固着工程は前記感光性樹脂を化学線で照射することにより実行される、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記固着工程は前記高分子樹脂材料を熱源に当てることにより実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記固着工程は前記高分子樹脂材料を冷風に当てることにより実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記固着工程は前記感光性樹脂を化学線で照射することにより実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記高分子樹脂材料が、
1.加熱溶融及び湿分硬化加熱溶融材料、
2.ウレタン及びエポキシ系統の2成分反応系、
3.反応性アクリレート単量体、ならびにウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリエーテル及びシリコンから誘導されるアクリレートオリゴマーからなる感光性樹脂合成物、及び
4.水溶性ラテックス及び分散体及びアクリル樹脂及びポリウレタンを含む粒子充満調合物、
から成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記除去工程は加熱又は適正な溶剤の作用により実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 細長い切れの幅より大きい幅を有するベルトを形成するために、最終的に螺旋状に巻かれる材料の織物、不織布、螺旋形状の、螺旋連結した、編まれた網目又は細長い切れから実質的に成る群から選択されるベース支持体を設ける工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程c)において、前記高分子樹脂材料がバルクジェットアレイにより前記ベース支持体上に配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程c)において、前記高分子樹脂材料は吹き付けにより配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程c)において、前記高分子樹脂材料はナイフ塗布により前記ベース支持体上に配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程c)において、前記高分子樹脂材料はSPS(single−pass−spiral)コーティングにより前記ベース支持体上に配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程c)において、前記高分子樹脂材料はMTP(multiple−thin−pass)コーティングにより前記ベース支持体上に配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記高分子樹脂材料はバルクジェットアレイにより配置される、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 第1高分子樹脂材料が更に配置され、この第1高分子樹脂材料と異なる第2高分子樹脂材料が配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記高分子樹脂材料は前記ベース支持体上に、均一表面を有する均一厚みの層として配置される、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記高分子樹脂材料は前記ベース支持体上に、3次元構造を有する表面を備える不均一厚みの層として配置される、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 均一な厚みの、滑らかな、肉眼では均一な表面を有する前記高分子樹脂材料を実現するために、前記ベース支持体上に配置された前記高分子樹脂材料を研磨する随意選択の工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- バルクティッシュ及びタオルと不織製品及び不織布の製造に使用するベルトであって、
該ベルトは、
ベース支持体と、
該ベース支持体上に配置される高分子樹脂コーティングと、
x、y、z方向に制御された犠牲材料の堆積を除去することで該高分子樹脂コーティングに形成される、x、y、z寸法が制御された空隙のパターンと、
を有し、
a)ベルトに使用するベース支持体を設け、
b)該ベース支持体上に制御される方法で複数の該犠牲材料の液滴を配置して、配置される該材料のx、y、z寸法を調整することにより、液滴の所定のパターンを生成し、
c)該犠牲材料を有する該ベース支持体上に高分子樹脂材料を配置して、該犠牲材料を備えない該ベース支持体の領域を充填し、
d)該高分子樹脂材料を少なくとも部分的に固着し、
e)該ベース支持体から犠牲材料を除去する、
各工程を含む方法により生成される、ベルト。 - 前記液滴は10μ(10ミクロン)又はそれ以上の平均直径を有する、請求項38に記載のベルト。
- b)〜e)の工程が、前記ベース支持体を横切って横方向に延びる連続帯上に順次実行される、請求項38に記載のベルト。

- 前記高分子樹脂材料が、
1.加熱溶融及び湿分硬化加熱溶融材料、

3.反応性アクリレート単量体、ならびにウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリエーテル及びシリコンから誘導されるアクリレートオリゴマーからなる感光性樹脂合成物、及び
4.水溶性ラテックス及び分散体及びアクリル樹脂及びポリウレタンを含む粒子充満調合物、
から成る群から選択される、請求項38に記載のベルト。 - 工程c)において、前記高分子樹脂材料はバルクジェットアレイにより前記ベース支持体上に配置される、請求項38に記載のベルト。
- 工程c)において、前記高分子樹脂材料はピエゾジェットアレイにより前記ベース支持体上に配置され、このピエゾジェットアレイにより、前記高分子樹脂材料は10μ(10ミクロン)又はそれ以上の平均直径を有する液滴として配置される、請求項38に記載のベルト。
- 工程c)において、前記高分子樹脂材料は吹き付けにより配置される、請求項38に記載のベルト。
