Claims (26)
- バルクティッシュ及びタオルの製造や不織製品及び不織布の製造に用いられるベルトの製造方法であって、
a)該ベルトのベース支持体を設け、
b)該ベース支持体上に制御される方法で、高分子樹脂材料を配置して、配置される材料のx、y、z寸法を調整することにより該高分子樹脂材料の配置の所定のパターンを作り出し、ここで、該高分子樹脂材料の配置のために、複数の該高分子樹脂材料の液滴が用いられており、
c)該高分子樹脂材料を少なくとも部分的に固着する、
各工程を含む、方法。 - 前記液滴が10μ(10ミクロン)又はそれ以上の平均直径を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)及びc)が、前記ベース支持体を横切って横方向に延びる連続帯上に順次実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)及びc)が、前記ベース支持体周りを縦方向に延びる連続の布切れ上に順次実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)及びc)が、前記ベース支持体周りに螺旋状に実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)において、前記所定のパターンは、所定の配列で表される複数の分散位置を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記工程b)において、前記高分子樹脂材料は、前記ベース支持体内に浸透している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)において、前記高分子樹脂材料は、前記ベース支持体上に所望厚みの規則的又は不規則パターンの層を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)において、前記高分子樹脂材料は、ピエゾジェット手段により配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)において、前記高分子樹脂材料は、複数の個々にコンピュータ制御されるピエゾジェットを備えるピエゾジェットアレイにより配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)及びc)の間に、更に、
i)前記高分子樹脂材料の実際のパターンを検査して前記所定のパターンとの一致性を測定し、及び
ii)該高分子樹脂材料の実際のパターンを修復して該所定のパターンからの差をなくす、
各工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記検査工程は、デジタルカメラと組み合わせて機能する高速パターン認識(FPR)プロセッサによって実行される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記修復工程は、前記FPRプロセッサに結合された修復ジェットアレイによって実行される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記固着工程が前記高分子樹脂材料を熱源に当てることにより実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記固着工程が前記高分子樹脂材料を冷気に当てることにより実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記固着工程が前記高分子樹脂材料を化学線に当てることにより実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の高分子樹脂材料を配置され、前記第1の高分子樹脂材料と異なる第2の高分子樹脂材料を配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記高分子樹脂材料が均一表面を有する均一厚みの層として配置される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記高分子樹脂材料が3次元構造を有する表面を備える不均一厚みの層として配置される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記ベルトの製造を促進するために、バルクジェットで高分子樹脂材料を所定のパターンで前記ベース支持体の上に配置する工程を更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記配置工程は、工程c)の前に実行される、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記配置工程は、工程c)と同時に実行される、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記高分子樹脂材料を一様の厚さで且つ滑らかで肉眼的に単一平面とするために、前記ベース支持体上に配置された前記高分子樹脂材料を研磨する工程を更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 織布、不織布、螺旋形状の布、螺旋連結した布、編まれた網目状布、又は布切れの幅よりも大きな幅を有するベルトを形成するために最終的に螺旋状に巻かれる布切れ、から成る群から選ばれたベース支持体を提供する工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
