Claims (1)
- 光ディスクの再生方法であって、
上記光ディスクは、
ランド及びグルーブが形成されていないディスク基板に半径方向のサイズが光学解像限界以下であるピットのみが施されており、接線方向のピット長も光学解像限界以下のピットを含み、かつ、非線形現象を用いた超解像再生をもたらす機能薄膜構造を付加し、
上記ピットにより複数のピット列が形成され、該複数のピット列は半径方向にグループ化されていて、該グループ化された各列のピットに互いに独立した周期のピットが記録され、
グループ化されたピット列で構成されたトラックの幅及び間隔が、読み出しに用いる光のスポット径に対して、それぞれ30%から200%及び30%から200%である光ディスクであり、
レーザー光の半径方向への移動度を反射光又は透過光強度の変化として検出し、トラッキングエラー信号とするトラック制御を行い、
局所的な非線形現象による再生と光学的なトラッキング法を用い、
グループ化された各ピット列に再生の為に用いるビームの中心を一致させるようにトラッキング制御を行うことで、任意の位置のピット列の再生を行うことを特徴とする光ディスクの再生方法。
