試験鉄板A−1 白色エマルジョン塗料65wt%+本発明配合25wt%+水10wt%
試験鉄板B−1 白色エマルジョン塗料65wt%+ビーズ材25wt%+水10wt%
試験鉄板C−1 両面が無塗装の鉄板
例えば、太陽光などの熱源を一部反射し、塗膜全体が熱を帯びにくいため大きな熱が発生せず構造物にも伝わりにくい様子を表現した。
Claims (6)
- 断熱溶解成分として組成式CaH2O2及び組成式Na3O4P及び分子式NH3を含有し、又は添加した断熱塗料。
- 断熱溶解添加成分が塗料全体又は塗膜内に対して8〜30wt%含有されている請求項1に記載の断熱塗料。
- 組成式Na3O4Pの含有が断熱溶解添加成分内に0.7wt%以上、2wt%以下である断熱塗料。
- 断熱溶解添加成分としてNH3を含む請求項1,2又は3の断熱塗料。
- 断熱溶解添加成分に対してNH3が0.9wt%以下である請求項4の断熱塗料。
- 断熱溶解成分含有塗料として組成式TiO2を含有する請求項1,2,3,4又は5の断熱塗料。
